Why do people talk trash about Al Haymon

Not sure why this has anything to do with race. The only race is human. We just wanna see the best fighters. right...but I was replying to what moneykasha said

Not sure how such a thing is even acceptable to people - that these guys who are literally risking their lives, yes even in bum fights, should accept pennies on the dollar. It's not the right answer. Boxing paychecks are low all around. There's no logical reason that Roy Jones should have had to come out of pocket to help Gerald McClellan, who is still hurting for money. I'm sorry but it's BS. That just makes them angrier. what? why are we going back to the crooked mid 90's? that was 20 years ago in an era rife with corruption. in this current day, as in the last 5 or so years. there is not a % of fighters on the skill level of those in PBC that have been lowballed that could even be considered as significant.. maybe one bad apple manager etc But dont turn around and say Haymon didnt give large paydays to some of his fighters to fight opposition that didnt warrant those pay days. Christ, even Mayweather.. the king of wiping his a$$ on dollar bills said haymon was paying his fighters too much for their fights.

Not by Al Haymon. He pays them well and gets them in good matchups. Al Haymon is the best thing that ever happened to pro boxers. Never said he wasnt or never said he was bad. Just pointed out a comment I found to be cry babyish. And my reasoning is, chances are if someone gets taken advantage of it because they are ignorant of their situation or just ignorant in general. Most pro sports have athletes coming out of college. Boxers, well most barely have a HS diploma. So my point is, its not just "black fighters" that get taken advantage of. I am sure zanfer screws Mexicans over and Hearn screws over white Europeans and I am sure there will be some black American fighters that will come out later and say Haymon screwed them too. You cant please everyone, white, black, brown, etc.

Green K sent, Haymon doesn't pocket that much money from fights and gives his fighters lot's of money and makes big fights, so far just this year we got Jack-DeGale, Davis-Pedreza, Cruz-Frampton, Broner-Grandos, Wilder-Washington, Garcia-Thurman, Golovkin-Jacobs, Canelo-Chavez Jr, and Brook-Spence Because he's not a promoter he legally can't pocket more then 10%..

They don't even know, they just hate him because they see others hate him but don't know sh1t about him. The people who don't know him HATE HIM but the people who know him and work with him only have positive things to say about him :dunno:

First and foremost, I am a boxing fan and Haymon brings more boxing to my television. Not to mention there are about a half dozen or so world class fighters from outside of the US that I would have never seen otherwise. Unless it's racially drive, I really can't see how anyone who claims to be a boxing fan could hate on Haymon.

Because he's black and everyone on NSB is racist. Also because he's American and everyone is jealous of Americans. The same reason people hate on Wilder's resume. Apparently :dunno:

OK, lets stop with all the race crap. Honestly, until I just looked it up. I had assumed Al Haymon was white. Not that I care. The only race is human. I just want to see the best fighters vs. the best. I root for Americans (as I do in any sport), and I was rooting for Andre Ward because he was the American, against Kovalev. But objectively, I think Andre lost A Close Fight, but It was very close. we all wish it was true but history and present says other wise.
