Can someone explain to me why Mayweather didnt chase Pacquiao like with McGregor?

Thats a mighty long post just to say that you cant explain ****. As expected. Pac loverboys like you never could tell me why random testing was such a danger to Pac. Marquez already was coming up from lightweight.
