Drug abuse seems to run in the family so a rational answer would be yes.

His acne was horrible and absolutely everywhere. Even if he was using steroids, it wasn't the reason.

obviously, as an anti doping body you can't develop a test as quickly as the bad guys can develop the drugs. True statement, this. People often forget that drug testing is a reactive action - it's not like the bad guys are sending the testing labs an FYI email everytime they come up with a new PED. The cart doesn't come before the horse.

didn't some of his old samples that got retested come up dirty? I guess I can research it myself.. yeah, i think they freeze piss and blood and even sh#t for later testing, but while he was competing he was arguably the most tested athlete in the world. and in boxing, obviously, you can take away the belts, but you can't take away the punishment these guys take. i'd have to look into it myself to determine whether or not he had frozen blood and piss pop positive years after the fact, when testing had improved. obviously, as an anti doping body you can't develop a test as quickly as the bad guys can develop the drugs.

honestly, it's probably just hormones. hughie is what, 23 years old now? 22? i had acne on my chest and back, especially when i was active and sweating all the time, into my mid 20's. it wasn't that bad, but as others have said, that doesn't look like steroid acne and the guy is of an age where you can get still get acne on your back and chest. marquez was getting acne in his late 30's after hooking up with a steroid guru and putting on 5-10 lbs on lean muscle. that's steroid acne. And yet Marquez has never failed,not once,a drug test..experts here I swear!

Really... And what exactly is "standard" roid acne? I am looking for the link,but didnt you guys read he took some time off due to his bad acne problems,he said he was seeing a dermatologist and a therapist because it was taking a toll on his mental wellness as well...he has acne congoblata which can cause fatigue, fevers, and joint pain, and is one of the most serious forms of acne..C'mon people..reading helps!
