you're ignoring the fact you get a signed glove by Mayweather, a two-course meal and 15 minutes of his time. The signed glove alone will have a huge resale value. Being able to see Floyd in person is a once in a lifetime event. Also; Standard tix are £40 so you're not being forced to pay a grand, OP just sensationalized the story. I wonder what it would feel like to be a Mayweather fan who bought all his PPV's then knowing he is coming to your hometown and on top of buying all his PPV's now you have to pay as well to meet your favorite fighter.
