Spot on m8t! you see Deontay is a role model citizen of the United States of America not some convicted scourge of society. Then we can talk about how he robbed the Italians of a god medal then he started to do the very same drugs he sold to cheat his way to victories in his professional career and finally he met up with one of the biggest crooks in all of boxing none other than Eddie Hearns -- whos been buying him world titles along with the help of that other fraud Gypsy Queen....sickening when you put it all into perspective....nothing like good old American spirt of HARD WORK DEDICATION....staying prayed up and living a clean life. U.S.A!!!
Are you really that ignorant or are you just naive?? There have been loads of US boxers who were less than savory individuals outside of the ring yet they were still great fighters with successful careers, holding a legitimate place in boxing history. Violent crime, drug use, spousal abuse and corruption have always been a part of pro boxing. Many of the most memorable fighters of all time came from impoverished, underprivileged crime riddled backgrounds and thus became a product of their environment, knowing nothing but having to fight for a living. Such fighters as Jack Johnson, Sonny Liston, Mike Tyson, Johnny Tapia, Dwight Muhammad Qawi, Bernard Hopkins, Diego Corrales, and Edwin Valero fit this description. I use American fighters as an example to prove that your description of clean-cut, angelic role models coming out of the U.S. exclusively is preposterous.
The next U.S. president is a narcissistic, hateful, childish, dishonest, deplorable human being so good luck with that.
Da boy sold some drugs yo he a dealer
He ain't got nothing on deontay doe

What do you prefer, feather-fisted runners who are arrogant and ****y outside the ring and produce nothing even remotely exciting inside the ring? Since you seem to be so much against boxers with legitimate power who demolish their opponents I would suggest you find another sport with limited physical contact.
So let me get this straight, people who like powerful punchers who are respectful and grounded outside the ring and vicious and devastating inside the ring are effeminate? You don't seem to understand what the overall appeal of boxing is and what makes it exciting and memorable.
Moron I'm a Stevenson fan a Deontay Wilder fan...is he slick is he 'pillow' fisted you talk like you even know me.
I agree, I noticed all of his fans on this board are effeminate and tend to like Golovkin and MMA...They are worse than animals.

Anyone fighting this guy needs to knock him out.
The ref and judges are going to do everything to keep him winning.
Yeah because he's needed the refs and judges so far, right? What happens when he KOs legitimate contenders? Considering he started boxing at 18 and thus had a limited amateur career, his pro career is progressing at an incredible pace. Just because there's hype surrounding him doesn't mean he's overrated. The hype is completely justified. It amazes me how many people are critical of Joshua when he is the most exciting heavyweight to come around in years.
Even the numbskull who wrote this article makes a feeble and ill informed attempt at deflating the significance of his KO victories so far because they aren't against the best heavyweights in the world. If he or anyone else who criticizes Joshua for the level of competition he as faced in his career knew anything about boxing, they would know that you don't immediately step up a fighter with very limited amateur experience to the top level just because he's progressing quickly and demolishing his competition to date. He has shown all the potential in the world, is commanding huge audiences and interest worldwide and as long as there's room to grow, there's no need to jump the gun.
Joshua is facing Klitschko next which is a huge step up in class and a calculated risk to say the least. Very few heavyweights would go near someone like Klitschko with so few fights under their belt and even fewer would have a chance of winning. It's only because Joshua has looked so good so far and there's been so much buzz about him that he is expected to fight a former undisputed world champion and beat him in style.
By getting brutally stopped by Fury? I believe it.
You still believing thats sh1te you write.....old chubbawumba is finished face up to it....he will be selling shire horses at appleby fair next year..thats it

Thurman stop talking sh1t...hes knocked every fighter he has faced and hes done that in short work...so when has he had favour by the ref and judges then....next your be saying the ref stood on mlona chest to stop him rising before the 10 count...get a f@ckin grip of yourself son
The Brits went nuts for Bruno so ffs Eddie can do what he wants with Joshua. A Haye vs Joshua fight would fill a big stadium even if he loses to Klit, but he won't. Klit's getting blazed. Joshua will be like the ghost of Corrie Sanders.
LOL the only men who can possibly be fans of Joshua's are either flamboyant or closeted homosexuals. He's done nothing in Boxing to warrant any serious fan base. Men who are fans are just secretly or not so secretly attracted to him.
He could probably sell out Wembley stadium just by sitting in the middle of the ring and beating off.

He has women talking about him in the UK, how you know how big he can be, my sister tweets about him the silly cow

Yeah if he goes the year unbeaten he goes into the Hamilton, Murray, Rooney area of British sports stars. The skys the limit, as perfectly marketable as Hamilton
