If he knocked Adrien Broner out his popularity would soar. Other than that, Welterweight makes the most sense.
Crawford/Broner would be fantastic entertainment.
Take Spence for example...he has a fan friendly KO style..but mofos would rather talk about his nipples.:lol1:
The nipple issue is a valid issue.
Spence is very good, very talented. But the nipples aren't going anywhere. Those nipples will follow him everywhere he goes. Like literally, they'll always be there.
Those nips will hover over him like a dark cloud and haunt him for the remainder of his days...even if he attains ATG status, people will still always wonder..."those nipples doe".
Crawford is great. I wish Cam would put him in some more exciting fights though. Postol was necessary and a good win but just not an exciting opponent. John Molina just isn't good enough to compete, even though his style can be exciting against lower level guys.
There are good fights to be made which will be exciting and make Crawford look even better. Broner, Garcia, Pacquaio..even that Lipinets kid would be fun. He would be heavily favored against all of those guys, except Manny.
Wow, Crawford boring and ugly style huh? To each his own, for real! :lol1:
Crawford is special, really special. There's nobody that I can think of past or present, that can switch hit and be equally as good from each stance, as he is. His style is truly ambidextrous and he is a guy that loves to fight. He is an amazing fighter to watch and from a study standpoint, he's pretty remarkable. Most guys that do switch their stance, will only do it for one punch or as a defense to give a different look for a minute. Crawford does it as a part of his natural instincts to beat a guy up.
Well, he'll keep winning and the hater list will be sure to grow. That's how you know you're doing it right in this game of boxing.
It's a shame that some fans won't give Crawford any credit.
He's a fantastic fighter. 2 division champ, solid wins at 135 and just unifed against Postol at 140. He got hit twice against Molina, I guess that's enough for some fans to call him a hype job.
Terence Crawford is one of the top boxers in the sport right now. I'd like to see him in some entertaining fights though. If he knocked Adrien Broner out his popularity would soar. Other than that, Welterweight makes the most sense.
Roy Jones fought HOF'ers (plural) and covered weight classes from JMW to Heavyweight. Wanna know what they did with Roy's throw away opponent? Made a movie about him (i.e. Vinnie Pazienza).
GGG has fought not one HOF'er. He hasn't even fought a top 10 P4P fighter. He hasn't even left 160. Don't ever use GGG in the same breath as Roy Jones Jr.
I had to put my bowl of cereal down and start typing when I saw this.

these dudes are in denial...HBO trashed many of these guys during their fights, post fight interviews and they took more risks and fought better competition than GGG....He is talented but he is also a beneficiary of excessive hype considering his not so outstanding accomplishments
because he re-hydrate up to 150+ for a 135 fight. and since he's getting all these praises then move up and fight the best.
he has already moved up, i wonder why the same people dont feel the same about GGG....Bud is already a 2 division champion in his 20s...GGG is "trying to unify doe"...."he too small doe"....GGG rehydrates over 170...he'll be fine at 168 and do well. Fights will be a bit more competitive considering 168 has some good fighters
Take Spence for example...he has a fan friendly KO style..but mofos would rather talk about his nipples.:lol1:
If he were from Russia he'd be the hottest thing on this forum.
They see a world without Black fighters...that world does not exist and never will.
now that was the weirdest, gayest thread i had seen in a long time...these mfers really had a thread with multiple pages about another man's nipples....boy they be reaching for something to criticize, even if it has nothing to do with a fighters talent
GGG-Canelo will be the consolation prize I suppose
I'd love to see that...even ggg vs jacobs woud be nice. The clock is ticking tho...he's already slipping imo.
I've honestly pretty well given up on him. His career is almost over...it's been a bit disappointing that he hasn't had any big fights, especially over the last few years when he's had the exposure.

I thought you were comparing resumes, my bad homie.
Anyway RJJ had atleast beaten some quality fighters. If GGG had any actually big wins it would be easier to defend him fighting lesser competition from time to time. Rather what we get is almost entirely B-level or lower opponents. GGG is a good, high quality fighter but I still want to see him in there with someone legit soon.

Who suggested anything about resumes?
It's interesting that you're critical of those who were down on jones when he was fighting what many viewed as no hopers...yet are yourself very critical of ggg for fighting a similar level of opposition. So jones dispatching those type of opponents in spectacular fashion is being an amazing showman, but ggg doing it is worthless? You're always crying about racists...but it's just the other kind of racists that get on your nerves, isn't it?

Well to be fair, have you SEEN those nipples?
They look like the milk dud nipples from Kung Pow.

LOL I mean.... to even suggest that GGG's resume is comparable to Roy's is embarrassing.

everyone was a no hoper vs jones....he was that good...thats the point....enjoy the greatness while its there...it doesnt come very often
If he was fighting nothing but cab drivers and no names, why did he have wins over 17-18 world champions before he lost to Tarver? several hall of famers? won titles in 4 divisions? he went on to beat a few more former champions when he was shot.(Trinidad and Lacy)
you idiot....GGG hasnt been in with fighters as good as Virgil Hill(Hofer)...Mike McCallum(HOFer)....Hopkins(HOFer)....Toney(Hall of famer)...Reggie Johnson a 2 division champion.....Jorge Castro who beat JDJ and a slew of others
Jones was making good fighters look like nobodies...GGG literally fights guys hard core fans have to google...Jones was beating world class guys and many of the guys he beat had never been ko'ed before he did it or went on to win a title after he beat them, like eric lucas....clinton woods...Tarver....Hill.
GGG has 35 fights bro...its pathetic the level of opposition he has fought....Jones was already in his 3rd division with wins over twice as many wins over champions bro
GGG cant carry Jones' jockstrap....talent wise or resume wise

Lol...take it easy, i have jones rated strata spheres higher than ggg. If he's gonna ***** about ggg's opposition, he shouldn't be outraged at the ones who were critical of jones during that period, dismissing them as racists. Jones beat hopkins when neither had done much of anything...it wasn't til far later that jones got any kind of credit for that win. The toney fight was a distant memory too. I loved jones back then, but just like a lot of people i know, was getting tired of him fighting those types of fights...same way i am with ggg now.

Is this post serious??
