Horn has an excellent resume for a guy with only 17 fights : http://boxrec.com/boxer/635000 He's fought 4 guys with losing records - otherwise undefeated guys or guys with very solid resumes A few highlights: 7th fight he fought 37-3 Naoufel Ben Rabeh (only 6 rounder but won solidly) 12th fight 32-2 Viktor Plotnykov who won the IBF Inter-Continental welterweight title the fight before 14th fight - 22-1-1 Ahmed El Mousaoui 15th fight - the still dangerous Randall Bailey And he's dominated every fight he's had. Still a long way to go for the likes of Pacquiao but Horn is an excellent up & coming contender.

Would be nice for young guys like Horn to fight at least one opponent in the top 25 in their division before writers start talking about them fighting for major alphabetic titles, but the alphabet boys have given far worse fighters alphabet belt shots
