The notion that a Manny fan would consider returning and beating Vargas as a reign is preposterous. I would pick him to beat Manny depending on the weight the fight was contested at.

The scene is starting to look this way. Never seen a guy like lomachenko, I think he could beat pacnam. With what ammunition; Loma throws nothing nothing but wet tissue punches, he possess n mustard, at the high weights he catches a ass whooping exactly why Salido troubled him initially... Interested seeing Manny vs a South Paw though

I won't deny JMM sparked him out and Floyd beat him, BUT, kid is still fighting and is, AGUABLY, the best welterweight at the moment. JMM is not even TOP 5 and you can't add Floyd to the mix until he comes out of retirement. Pac not the monster he once was, but dude still throwing hands at a high level. His reign continues. Better question is who will put him in to full blown retirement?
