So if you were standing in a room with evander holyfield george foreman and max kellerman and they all three said to you bradley beat pac in fight 1 you wouldnt wonder why?
I think we all form our opinions , but we also respect certain others.
Imo roy jones a former lt heavyweight champ coming out as a black american man saying the black american lost in a title fight in the same division he once ruled says a lot.
Roy and andre both work for hbo.
he used to be. But I've heard Paulie a few times disagree with Bernstein's observation and Al wouldn't agree, but he wouldn't push back either, almost for the sake of not arguing. Benstein has become more cautious and passive when calling fights, you can tell he's trying not to rock the boat with Paulie...it's kinda sad. I believe Bernstein would tell it honestly as long as Paulie is not there to judge him and demean his opinion.
As far as these media guys, they're all flawed. It's actually a bad reflection on the kind of people that cover this niche sport. I mean guys like Dontae actually have media credentials, that's insane - the guy doesn't even know he's inside a box and there's the possibility of looking outside of it. I'd at least listen to the opinion of someone that's been in the sport for more than a decade; guys like Dougie Fischer, Brian Kenny....Kevin Iole has printed incorrect information in his articles one too many times - it's not an easy choice.
he doesn't want to get ktfo by paulie thats why
Kellerman's post fight interviews are atrocious and sometimes he tries to hard to let everyone know how smart he is. Rafael has arguably the biggest platform, and I like him for info, but his opinion doesn't mean much to me
I wish there was a boxing network channel.
A channel that went balls deep in boxing conversation, polls and interviews, Breakdowns along with camp footage.
I only respect the opinions of Al Bernstein and Stephen Edwards.
I cant believe Edwards wasnt mentioned more. Ya gonna listen to dougie fisher over the breadman? Smh
Breadman knows boxing
Breadman is too biased for my taste.
Stephen edwards hasnt even made a comment about this fight publicly. You are gonna tell me he doesnt have 30 min to make a quick mailbag.
Ill bet stephen edwards sides with the I had it 114-113 group of black fans who say it was close . Stephen edwards is afraid to step outside the in crowd circle like stephen a smith and call a spade a spade.
Didn't some of these influential media sources get sucked in by a fake ref's Twitter account?:lol1::lol1:
Golovkin making somebodies top 25 of the last 25 is the straw the broke the camels back for me.
You assholes are on your own if you can't figure things out for yourselves.

I don't listen to, watch or read as much boxing media as i used to. Mainly due to it's hard to find guys without a bias or agenda.
I mean, i'll check stuff out, and just don't hold much stock in most stuff.
I always make a point of reading @ RoldBoxing tweet's when they pop up on twitter, they're good. Al Bernstein's stuff too, i always like his stuff.
I'm not a fan of Dan Rafael's stories really, but i do tend to check his twitter timeline when a close fight is over, as i tend to often have similar scorecards to his. So, i'l shoot over to his Twitter and check out what he's saying.
I went through the poll list and found no one. Which isn't an indictment of the poll, but more..mainstream media is bloody awful.
Max Kellerman is my guy, probably.
I don't have a go to guy Who I think speaks the absolute truth but I read/listen/watch
Lance Pugmire
Steve Kim
Paulie M
Mitch Abram
Ego Boxing
Mike Coppinger
Dontae
Fight Hype
Spencer Ferron
IFilm
Dan Rafeal
Radio Raheem & a bunch of others
And make my own conclusions
Al Bernstein is a straight shooter.
