anyone claiming ward vs kov was a robbery need to go to a workshop on scoring fights

99% of people crying robbery on social media didn't score the fight, have never scored a fight, and if you asked them to score a fight on a 10-point must system, they wouldn't know what that is. They view the fight as one big 36 minute round instead of 12 individual rounds that you then add up at the end to get a score.

You could see as the fight wore on, ward was getting more work done in there and kovalev had a tougher time getting it to a stalemate so the ref would step in. No fault in ward for capitalizing on what he was given either...that's what he was supposed to do.

Ward lost the fight. You have to take the fight to the champ. Photo finishers aren't acceptable. Many challengers throughout history didn't get the nod as they didn't di quite enough. Why ius ward being shown favouritism?

Compubox tends to be helpful but I found it to have failed wildly in this one. There's a good arena-cam vid on youtube right now where you can see different angles than the broadcast and it's incredible just how often Kovalev misses. It also makes Ward's body work and quick strikes during transitions more visible. As I keep saying, I'm ok with people seeing a close Kovalev victory. You are the one that doesn't know what a robbery is. There needs to be 6 undisputable rounds for Koavalev. Making it impossible for Ward to win to call it a robbery. There wasn't. The definition of robbery is very subjective. if there were say 6 debatable rounds, or even four, and Ward got the benefit of the doubt in every single round, what would you call that? Most fighters had it a very close fight with a lot saying they gave it to Ward. Just like Mayweather-Pacquiao fight, this fight shows there's of people that don't know what they're watching or how to score a fight. i agree somewhat what i have a problem with tho is how people cannot possibly see that this fight could of went to ward legit its like their blinders wont allow that part of it to exist
