...not a actual fight..:lol1:
Basically, Trump a complete outsider defied critics and pulled of what main stream media never predicted.
Clinton, not popular, but well known and was supposed to be her coming out party to be brutally defeated/schooled...
what fight or scenarios does it remind you of in boxing terms?
Would the one fighter need the support of all the closet racist/misogynist inferiority complex having white men who won't admit they support the fighter, but buy the ppv on fight night and watch it alone?
Definitely GGG-Canelo.
Because at the end of the day, everyone just wants to see them get in the ring and beat the life out of each other.
But it ain't gonna happen.
I was just thinking about this last night and to me, this reminds me of Bernard Hopkins and Tito Trinidad.
People were calling Trinidad the P4P king and Hopkins even brought xenophobia into and threw down the Puerto Rican flag and just spent the entire lead up into the fight disrespecting everybody and then he went in there and outlasted Trinidad and walked out the winner.
Got another; Broner (-500) vs Maidana (+400). It was a gimme fight for Broner, I even called it a cherry pick, but turned out to be the feel-good fight of the decade.
The scenario i would envisaged is two fighters, fighting for a vacated belt, with one being heavily favorite, basically a formality to win and the other to make up the numbers.
Of recent, i can think of Ilunga Makabu vs Tony Belllew...something along those lines
Sounds fair.
Vargas-winky
hard to find something like that
1.most upsets are on established fighters
2,its hard to have coming out vs underdog
3.Vargas-Winky was close not schooling but elections was close too.

Sergio - Chavez jr in terms of how the politics of boxing played out and Martinez sticking it to the wbc. The smaller dude without a say or influence taking it by force vs dinero de vaca who came with not just a big name but one with history
:gives:I remembered him being the underdog and a quick search confirmed it;
Lacy to win -125
Calzaghe to win +105
