Hearn said all this in an interview. They turned big money down to fight Brook. After Brook beat Porter, Thurman went real quiet on Brook. It was obvious he didn't fancy the fight. A lot of people on here were making comments about it. So no, he wasn't about unifying with Brook. As for Garcia... He's ducking everyone. I like Kell, but yeah, his resume does kinda suck. I think Brook vs Khan nxt summer is the best option if they can both agree on it. Obviously if he can fit a title defence in against Spence sometime next year too that wouldn't hurt. OP you forgot to mention this bum Brook has already had a TRILOGY with some bum and won all 3 fights via points LMFAO, such a bum. You could say brook had beat nobody so porter who had at least beat some people would have exposed brook.........but couldn't. Same as GGG. He beat nobody so logic says nelo who has beat some live bodies should expose GGG.......but nelo like poryter won't be able to

Brook tried to get Thurman, Garcia, Khan etc. Its not his fault that they priced themselves out of a fight or just weren't interested in the first place. The Porter fight showed Brook was willing to fight dangerous opponents and fight away from home no less. Which top fighters has errol spence fought exactly? Portor when he fought Brook was also unbeaten and had a better resume than Spence has right now. I dont get the assumption about certain fighters being afraid of Spence when he has literally proven nothing so far. Thurman and Brook would both beat Spence based on what I have seen of Spence so far. I'm not even saying Spence is great. He just looks like a legit boxer, more than any of the other mandos Brook fought. I know he tried to get all those fights but it never happened and that's not on him. He's just looking for star building fights now and I don't blame him but I will have a problem if he drops his belt and not fight Spence if the other fights doesn't go through. I do like him as a boxer and I think he's the best at 147 but there's no way to defend him if he drops his belt and not defend it against Spence. He's relatively unknown so dropping a belt might have a huge effect on his brand. Look what happened to Canelo and Canelos a huge star who can afford to lose fans, I don't think Brook can.

Question is what is Spence doing? It's been almost 3 months since his last fight. Brook was given 60 days extension. That's 2 months and he's not even mentioning his name. So Spence is expected to take long periods of inactivity the way things are going.
