I was looking at some Pacquiao videos right now on youtube, and if you search it will be filled with spam videos from one channel no video there is nothing but fake spam channels posting 120 videos saying Pacquiao vs Vargas live full fight
This happens anytime a big fight comes on and its annoying.
Are these channels making money doing this? they must be if they spam the hell out with 100 videos.
I know a guy who has a youtube channel and gets an average of 20k views per video and he showed me his check and he made 37 thousand dollars for the year and he isn't even a big channel thats pretty good for just posting some videos that are 5 to 10 minutes long.
I can only imagine how much money Dontae Boxing or Elie Sekbachs make, they have more views, especially Elie he has over 100k subs.
you hsould never quit, if others people are doing it, no reason you cant.
I have bought tons of property off my online hustles.
every year off one revenue stream = a new house.
NEVER GIVE UP!
Yeah I get u...
My life has been crazy man that I will admit, but I have always been a hustler trying to make money, first time I got on the internet and I looked up "HOW TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE" and thats all i did.
Lol...I remember doing that but in my case the search wasn't too fruitful
From what i read on forums its still worth it. You make money especially if you have tons of videos the money totals up monthly. You dont even gotta be a star.
Dontae boxing and egos world admit its their main source of income.
Hmmm...... thanks a lot, I'd look into it
yes, but running a site is not as expensive as people think, 20 bucks a month and you got a good hosting that can handle most almost all traffic except very top elite type of traffic.
Man you got crazy knowledge. A lot of those host server rob people blind charging a lot of money.
Theirs alot of reason why, also doesnt hurt that youtube is like the 3rd most visited site in the world so the traffic is their for you to get rich off (and many have).
Just have to do it.
Plus you don't have any overhead. If you ran a website you would be limited in bandwidth and have to pay thousands a month on server fees, where youtube you get lots of traffic without spending for a server to host your vids.
Yes both use adsense thats the publishers dasboard.
So you earn more on a website adsense than youtube? Ehhhhh that hard to answer in general I say no. Youtube will always pay more view for view because of the preroll ads payout alot more on youtube than the type of ads placed on websites in general. However it all depends on niche aswell, on websites it depends what niche you have, if its a high in demand niche you will be getting top quality ads that pay alot possibly more than what the basic preroll ads on youtube pay. So no real way to answer that question than to say you generally will earn more on youtube than a website but the right website can earn more than youtube.
Youtube pays CPM ( Cost per 1000 impression/views on preroll ads) + CPC (cost per click) so you get paid for showing videos ads, and if they click you get paid the CPC. and all that will be combined and shown in your "playback-based CPM".
A website pays only CPC but they will show you the CPM (how much you made off CPC divided by 1000 impression = CPM). So you can have an ad (advertiser who willing to pay $10 for a click) but you can have another who will only pay you .30 cents per click, so the total of that divided by 100 = your cpm. And that all depends on alot of things, location of visitor, country, then the ad that is shown etc etc.
So its a lil complicated but not really.
I was reading 3 year ago on a youtube forum. The guy said his blog stopped making money so he decided to do youtube videos to help direct traffic to his blog. He said he monetized his videos and was shocked that he made more money on youtube. He believes its easier to rank in youtube than on regular google search now. He said google only really ranks huge corporations news sites on the first page. On youtube he said he made over 45 thousand in a year, his blog only earned him 800 dollars for the entire year. He claims youtube pays better because of the preroll video ads that people cannot skip.
He said people have basic ad block on firefox and are now ad blind to website ads. Where youtube they have to watch a video and ads are on screen and more people find them interesting to click and find out more.
thats teh average, only time your cpm goes up if you add more ads and you cant add more ads unles you make videos over 10 minutes. than who knows how much the average is cause now you got to calculate multiple ads etc.
and auto blog is not a preroll ad on youtube where the majority of the money you make is from when you on youtube, on autoblog you get paid a CPM on impression of ads not the same as youtube (although you do earn from thataswell its a small % of the youtube moeny the vast majority if from preroll ads.) TRUST ME.
Both use Adsense no? the guys automobile blog on wordpress was earning him 2 to 3k a month he said each click pays different some clicks paid him 10 bucks some a penny.
Youtube should pay better since they have video prerolls that pay well over 50 cents per view right?
So you earn more on a website adsense than youtube?
1 Million views = $1000
Lol, nope. There is no flat fee like that, Adsnese pays per click, some clicks pay a few cents some pay dollars its all variable. I read about someone who ran a auto blog and he was getting 100k visits a month and earning over 2 thousand a month. It depends on if people click your ads as well.
No, but would love too...but with the ever changing terms and conditions....I don't know if the venture would be worth the time
I guess I'd know, when I try

I make $200-$300 a month on youtube. I have one video that makes me $100 a month alone. Most of my content isn't original. Most of it is stuff I find elsewhere and I repost it on youtube. Takes about 15 minutes per video. Easy money.
Hmmm
Is this still possible as of this year
That dude TravisGotti boxing said he makes 2 to 5k a month and he isnt even a famous channel most of his videos get like 3k views but his big boxing videos on May and Pac and GGG get over 50k views and he said thsoe videos make him big money and they stay on youtube so its passive income whenever someone searches, he posts all his earnings and screen caps on twitter. He doesnt even work thats his job, also that Egosworldboxing also doesnt work he makes his main income from youtube money as well as Dontaeboxing.
The best thing would be to try it out urself if you have the time
Youtube is easy money if you know what you're doing but it takes a creative and fast person. Also you have to be okay with revealing your identity to the internet, unless your making videos that don't identify you.
However you only get paid monthly so you really have to bust your ass if you want to make a lot. Any guy off the street can make $100-$600 per month off YT. To make more than that you have to really dedicate yourself assuming you don't have thousands and thousands of subs on your channel.
If you can generate a somewhat sizable income on YouTube, that's cool.
I know several channels who dont show their identity but they talk on the video and just rehash news and they make six figures from youtube.
I forgot the names but someone posted it on Reddit like 2 years ago.
Their videos get like 100k on average views. They were saying that one video that was viral they did hit 3 million views in 4 days and after a few weeks and ending up at 10 million views and they were shocked at the end of the month when they got paid $75 thousand for that month of that one video.
thats insane. But the thing is it depends on what ads they click some ads pay a penny some pay 20 bucks, he said a lot of the people click youtube video ads more than they do regular ads, he said youtube is the only way to make money from adcents now you cant do it with blogging or search anymore because people have built in adblock on their windows now. But video ads you cant block them on youtube with simple adblock so you will click them or see them more.
That chick who opens toys but never shows her face makes like 14 million dollars a year, she gets like 100 million views per toy video.
