Canelo got a split decision in the cards vs Floyd, was way ahead Trout in the opened scoring and a SD against Lara (one judge had it all the way for Canelo)
Chances are if Canelo is standing up at the end of the fight he will win on the cards
...especally if it's by KO/TKO? This is a legit possibility when they eventually fight.
I would yawn because I would obviously be waking up from a dream.
No way he knocks him out, I think Canela doesn't hit as hard as Lemule and Triple B took some solid shots while still standing!
Canela's best bet is to box in the center, use his hand speed and go to the body quickly while avoiding the corners or ropes!
Although as Triple B gets older, there's a chance his body can start getting soft and Canela is an excellent body puncher!
If Canela delays for 2 more years then he definitely has a solid chance to get a stoppage!
Triple B fighting cans won't help him once he finally steps up!
Depends when the fight actually gets made.
Exactly Canelo beating Golovkin will be irrelevant unless the fight takes place within a year. Even so I would be surprised if Canelo could pull it off. I'm a big fan of Alvarez but not against GGG.
I would be slightly shocked, even more shocked if people actually give Canelo his dues for that win considering people are ALREADY making excuses saying GGG is old and what not smh
And I'm not even Canelo fan btw...
"And Canelo beats Golovkin by TKO" Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing, alarm sounds. Only in your dreams. Canelo must wake up every day in a corner of his room all shook when he dreams of GGG.
I'd be very happy for Canelo, he'd show the world that one loss doesn't end your career and that you can still come back and have a legendary career regardless. That's the kind of role model fighters today need, fighters are scared to death of becoming irrelevant after a loss especially the American fighters since American fans have almost no loyalty to their fighters. I'd give Canelo and the mexican fans a lot of credit for believing and having such an incredible run after the very bad loss to Mayweather. The "GGG is too old" excuse won't even cross my mind if GGG goes into the fight as the undefeated unified MW Champion. Canelo would be the one moving up in weight and he'll be the underdog.
And just like I posted when it came to the Ward vs Kovalev fight, hopefully the loser gives the winner credit and nobody makes excuses.
My thoughts exactly. I'd be a bit surprised, but happy for Canelo for picking up a big win. Perhaps more importantly it could be a big win for boxing since it will be a fight that attracts a lot of attention.
I would be genuinely shocked if he stops GGG, depending how they both look in their fights between now and then. That'd be something.
i wont be shocked at all. obv canelo will only fight ggg once hes old and shot and has been ko´d already so im just going to say so and so already ko´d him whats the big deal
