Ever since his schooling from his daddy hes been trying to be like him. Dude doesnt even embrace the mexican warrior style he even tries to fight like floyd lol. He also is trying to emulate mayweather vs pacquiao thinking hes the level star of floyd was when floyd strong armed pac in negotations.
Also thinks hes the biggest star in boxing like floyd was after he retired, yet cant even muster over 1mil ppv buys by himself.
Nobody cares about smiths paper title lol. The reason he made that fight was because he didnt want to face GGG not because of smiths paper title stop trying to spin it the other way around. He said he was ready and keeps postponing ****. Then made a bull**** offer for next year, nobody has time for that bull****. Also canelo himself has said hes done with 154.
This is all on canelo, he opened his yap now he doesnt want to back it up until next year. Clearly isnt born ready like he claims.
Well Sanchez says 2018 so idk
Alvarez fought Liam Smith to pick up another title at junior middleweight (the weight class that he and his camp have consistently stated that he's competing at), and Liam was no bum; if he sticks at 154, a Cotto rematch and Demetrius Andrade stand out as the two most obvious fights for him.
His camp may not like the style matchup, but Willie Monroe Jr is sitting there for him, were he and his camp to want to again plan on heading to NYC for a fight at 160 (though Curtis Stevens, a better style matchup, could likely edge into that spot with a good performance on the Kovalev-Ward undercard), and Billy Joe Saunders isn't going to make for a drag-out brawl either.
Alvarez made it clear that he wasn't afraid of the fight, he and his camp made a massive offer to Golovkin for the fight (even K2 has been forced to go to the public and confirm that the offer was for at at least $10m), and Golovkin has simply made it clear that he and his camp don't want the fight at the moment.

Don't want the fight at the moment? Canelo wouldn't be ready till next sept earliest ffs. You must love getting smacked around, that's all you're good for, creep
Hes not fighting solid guys though. He fought a welterweight and a bum, no ones cares about those fights. He said after the cotto fight he was ready for GGG and did this ****.

Hes the one who started this mess hes in now, after that he stalled and said he wanted a voluntary. He got the voluntary then said he wants another fight. Now hes saying he needs another year. Its not rocket science the man simply wrote a check he couldnt cash now hes looking for a way to avoid the fight he never really wanted.

Except that he's not.
The HBO orbit (Lampley/Kellerman/Rafael/Michael Woods/Kim/etc) may be trying to act as if there's some masssive boxing uproar, but the fact still stands that Alvarez put 50k people into JerryLand to watch a fight against a guy that most folks have ever heard of, his country is still backing him strongly, and his audience is with him.
Alvarez is sharp enough to not let anyone play him for a fool, and as long as he keeps fighting solid guys, he'll continue to call his own shot, regardless of what HBO wants the "boxing media" to try and push the public into.

You've continued to try and filibuster points, and have been exposed for your silliness, time and time again.
I have no idea what BoxNation got the Alvarez-Smith TV rights for (the UK seems to be quiet with things like that), but the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight ended up going for 12 million British pounds (roughly $15m), which Sky Sports ended up putting on Box Office (to recoup their money).
lop that number by a factor of 10, and you're looking at $1.5m for the UK TV rights (how much the TV rights would be worth to BoxNation, who will share the show with their paying audience, is another unknown).
Beyond that, I'd bet that Liam Smith didn't make $1m on the fight.
Quotes without context, as you seem to relish running with, also make you look like an idiot.
Another one for the books.
Can you give us your estimate on how much these rights are worth? You're usually off by 3x, as a benchmark. But do try to process that Team Canelo quote first, I see you haven't gotten anywhere. Ask for help if needed.

Trust me, canelo is the one who has more pressure on him to make the fight. Hes being ridiculed by the majority of the boxing community for his shameless stalling already. It will only get worse until he fight him. Thats just how it is, he never should have wrote a check his ass couldnt cash.
He should have kept his mouth shut instead of saying hes ready after the cotto fight. Hes the one in the hot seat not golovkin, you have it twisted big time.

The UK TV rights to a Canelo Alvarez fight, for a UK fighter as the opponent, wasn't worth peanuts, especially to a boxing-exclusive channel picking up live content. Using "likely" is as a means to ensure as much accuracy as possible, but the fact that you seem to now think that Liam Smith took a significant share of the non-UK money makes you look like an idiot.
Alvarez will fight Golovkin whenever he wants to fight him, and on his terms; the date is already set, Canelo has already told Golovkin what he's willing to give him for the fight, and Canelo simply needs to have his camp lock in the venue.
Golovkin has no leverage to do anything but take his fee, show up, and catch a beating. have a nice day

Alvarez-Smith "flopped" into doing $20m in PPV revenue, plus their take on the over 50k people who saw the fight in JerryLand (whether Jones simply paid a site fee to host the fight or Golden Boy rented the venue and sold the tickets is still unknown), plus Alvarez's bread-and-butter in his Mexico TV deal. Alvarez "flopped" his way to generating $40m with a no-name opponent.
Golovkin's biggest event (Matchroom Sport put on what amounted to Brook-Golovkin) may have ended up generating $10m.
nice try though.
300k is flopping considering how oscar keeps hyping his ass up as some huge blockbuster star. The point here is that nobody even knew who that bum smith was and nobody watched that ****, not even me. I watched like 2 or 3 round and turned that trash off. Nobdy wants to see that . Maybe you, but not me or any real fans.
No one is ever doing 1 million ppv buys anymore. Not even your boyfriend mayweather if he comes back.
Thats an opinion , not a fact. If GGG vs cotto did 800k . Not out of the question that GGG vs canelo can do more because its a fight that is in higher demand.
"Likely" lol. Look dummy, Liam Smith makes peanuts in his hometown. Nobody is staying up till 4am to watch him on boxnation. You're ALWAYS clueless. You should stay away from posting, at least till you can process this

Liam Smith got paid his full purse, likely without taking a penny off of the table from Alvarez.
nice try though

Yea the "canelo show" flopped on PPV. Thats why he needs to fight golovkin next. Because his mismatches will continue flopping.

Liam Smith brought a world championship and UK money with him, Alvarez basically needed someone to fight for the "Alvarez show", and Liam Smith sure as heck didn't cost $10m to bring in, lol.
Golovkin literally has the softest resume of anyone voted for or mentioned on ESPN's p4p list, sans Errol Spence Jr (and that'll likely narrow sharply with a possible Brook fight at 147).
details are tricky things.

I disagree with Canelo trying to be Mayweather. If he was, he'd be hamming it up, trash-talking, and trying to make himself into someone who people paid to watch get beaten. Instead he's a mostly humble and soft-spoken guy.
For all the flak he catches for avoiding GGG so far we all have to keep in mind he basically supports his entire extended family. Taking a huge risk for the sake of "glory" might simply not be worth it for him.
