Why did Pacquiao always wait for opponents to loose before he fought them? He didn't fight margarito until Mosley koed him, he didn't fight Mosley until mayweather beat him and he waited for cotto to loose to margarito to fight him
you **** stupid son, Everyone falling for the cry wolf syndrome about Marquez He cried so much everyone statrd to believe it. He one the one fight by KO that was it.
problem is, manny fought all those guys and beat them. cant say the same about other fighters though. had manny waited until those guys were on a winning streak before fighting them, then it would have been "manny fought guys pass their prime". bradley was undefeated and was on a winning streak when pac fought him, and most thought bradley would outbox manny. manny beat marquez in the 3rd fight offcially, saying marquez beat manny is just your opinion like how i can say pac got robbed against floyd.
if you want to nit pick resumes, Manny is not immune
Bradley was undefeated but had done nothing of significance at 147 prior, nor did marquez who imo won the 3rd fight....and knocked his azz out in the 4th the settle things
Algieri didnt belong in the ring with him just won a belt and did nothing before or after at 147
Bradley is literally the only legit win he has this decade.
you'd sound like an idiot......Mayweather vs pacquiao was a clear 8-4 type fight, clear win....most experts, fans, feel marquez won the third fight, yes manny has the official win, its no different than people crying "robbery" for the first castillo fight, that was a toss up, whereas it was clear on manny and his teams face that he lost that fight, they though they had a washed up marquez in fight 3 and 4...they were wrong.
top rank did a lot of calculated stuff, people like to do it with other fighters and their promoters, pac and top rank clearly illustrated this
Mosley was still ranked by some but looking at how he looked after rocking floyd and the draw with mora, it was clear he was done as a top fighter, Mosley even said he'd fight manny at 142-143, this was in the 2000s but freddie and company didnt want none, so they wait til he looked flat two times in a row.
Cotto arguable lost to clottey and got battered by Margo\
Margo look like crap vs a club fighter, and got blitzed bv mosley
mosely was 1-1-1 in his last 3 fights and hadnt won a fight at 147 in 3 years
JMM was robbed in fight 3, he won that fight
Rios never ranked at 147, he was coing off a loss
Hatton looked shaky after losing to mayweather
was got stopped by Mayweather prior
its been a long time since many fought some one of a win streak, a roll of looking impressive prior to him fighting him
you may not like it but its the truth
ODLH hadnt fought at 147 in years and look flat vs forbes and lost to mayweather
Morales lost to raheem first and was forced to fight manny at 130 with reyes gloves
hye was a great fighter but overhyped and fought names coming off bad performances
:lol1: Nicely said!
Kinda figured a filAm like you would jump in on the conversation.
PAC face down, out for minutes, JMM crushed the myth of the Manny.
Marquez saved their marriage, but PAC still doesn't acknowledge his son, born out of wedlock. PAC is a piece of crap.
At least Arnonld acknowledges his son. PAC is crap in my book.
Lying piece of sh1t.
the problem here is that he fought all those guys you mention though LOL.
i guess floyd lost before pac fought him? vargas is coming off a win, bradley was undefeated when pac fought him the first time, the rematch bradley was also coming off a win. algieri was undefeated when pac fought him.
Wow, not the feared Algieri....
Lmao
Why did Pacquiao always wait for opponents to loose before he fought them? He didn't fight margarito until Mosley koed him, he didn't fight Mosley until mayweather beat him and he waited for cotto to loose to margarito to fight him
Feather weight pacquiao wait for 2008 welter weight cotto and margo to lose first :lol1::lol1:
i gave you mosley though, pac should fight him in 2010 before floyd get him
Yeah because only wins against undefeated opponents should count.
Anyone who loses once in boxing is damaged goods and should just retire and go to truck driving school.
Nothing wrong with losses; just fighting guys coming off of losses, and then trying to trumpet the fight as massive wins, is a bad look.
Berto and Pacquiao were what they were (cash grab and the closeout of the deal with Showtime), but Maidana won 4 fights (three KO wins and knocking off Broner in a high-profile fight) before he got his shot, Alvarez was an undefeated fighter coming off of the massively successful Trout fight before he got his shot, Guerrero was 7-years undefeated before he got his shot as mandatory challenger, Cotto had won three fights at 154 before Floyd went up to see him, Ortiz had gone 5-0-1 since the Maidana fight and had the WBC 147lb belt before he fought Floyd, etc.
Floyd's fights, basically since the moment he got the opportunity to be the voluntary defense for Genaro Hernandez, has hinged on the audiences seeing the fight as being worthy to have any chance at success.
Manny Pacquiao, thanks to the HBO/Top Rank media push, has never had to deal with such issues; Pacquiao was able to fight anyone, coming into the fight in whatever shape, and the HBO machine was able to spin it into being a marquee fight.
Pacquiao doesn't do that. You apparently don't like him and are accusing him of doing something he doesn't do. Arum gives him a list of opponents and how much money he might make and then Pacquiao and Roach pick his opponent. Maybe you forgot Bradley had never lost a fight when Pacquiao fought him. Bradley had still never lost a fight when Pacquiao rematched him. Bradley had never lost to anyone but Pacquiao when Pacquiao fought him a 3rd time. So much for your wrong statement that Pacquiao only fights guys coming off a loss.
What are you saying PAC can only fight unbeaten fighters?
Floyd is the who waits for people to lose first whether its dlh against BH, cotto against PAC, jmm against PAC.
Basically just about everyone on his resume
No but don't fight all these fighters coming of brutal losses.
Floyd waits for them to get old not in the sense of age but he waits until they've taken enough damage for him to feel safe fighting them.
Floyd is famous for being g cautious, not taking risks and trying to get things in his favour.
So why are people trying to tar PAC with same brush.
The fact that Berto is Floyd's last fight should tell you all you need to know about Floyd. Its a reflection of his whole career. People accuse Floyd of cherry picking and with thast fight basically confirms everything
Why did Pacquiao always wait for opponents to loose before he fought them? He didn't fight margarito until Mosley koed him, he didn't fight Mosley until mayweather beat him and he waited for cotto to loose to margarito to fight him

you forgot Hatton up in dis beotch. and moreso, Arum is the planner, not Roid Head fatso Pac
Yet another one of Floyd's victims that bottom feeding son of a bi1ch fought
floyd does the same thing.
every boxer does the same thing....
at least pacquiao fought great prime hall of fame opposition and put on great fights.
FLOYD HAS NEVER FACED A LEGIT BONA FIDE HALL OF FAME GREAT WHO WAS IN THEIR PRIME and floyd stinks up the joint to boot....
What is the obsession with Floyd? The OP didn't even mention Floyd. Why do Pacquiao fans feel the incessant need to constantly be in a dick measuring content with Floyd?
Anyway, Pacquiao definitely hasn't fought a bona fide hall of famer in their prime. Barrera and Morales were at the end. Each guy had over 50 or 60 fights and had been in many wars. And Morales still beat Manny's ass the first time. Floyd has Canelo, who Freddie roach said would be too big and strong for Manny. And before you talk about Canelo being young, 23 is not that young for a fighter. Tyson and Ali were considered prime at that age.
pac beat barrera twice, lost to morales once, then stopped him twice, and beat marquez 3 times.
Pacquiao got whooped in the 4 Marquez fights, and got beat by Erik Morales (the degree to which he got beat is unclear, as the official scores were close and I doubt I've actually sat and watched the fight).
