lol. pac beat floyd with just one arm and you are dreaming that he will fight ggg. :lol1:
Floyd was struggling to beat a one man armed fighter who was 6 years past his prime and Floyd was the one holding that up what right does Floyd have to be put in the best of the best?
He fought boring, he cherry picked flat footed bums and guys past their prime and he ducked the likes of Lara funny how he will only go to 154lbs for straight forward down the line guys but he will steer totally clear of guys who utilize range, ring movement and fighters that have speed.
Blatant case of a protected fighter.
That's a horrible list. Some of those guys are obvious then others aren't even close. Vladimir and Calzaghe? Find a new sport.
Wladimir dominated a more dangerous division than Floyd has and Floyd cherry picked who he fought Wladimir and Vitali both never did that
Joe Calzaghe not his fault you Yanks want to hide away in the US but as things stand his win over a prime Kessler and a still game Bernard Hopkins beats everything Floyd does I know it pains you lot to hear it but Floyd is overrated and he isn't better than those guys.
Yes, because flood beat gig when gig was monster. Floyd has been criticised a lot because although he has some nice wins his opponent tsp weren't monsters at the time or prime!
I'm sur ggg will have some losses by the end of his career but if flood takes his zero that would be nicer than furans win overbarkley. And the Barkley win is one the best for duran
you probably right, but ppl can look back check GGG resume and say meh it wasnt monster, but as i said fact that floyd is 40 would make it huge for sure.
Maybe,im not sold on GGG until he win over some one good or elite, like i say what if Floyd win with him and then Jacobs would Ko GGG,and to make it worst he would lose to Canelo to end his run,is it great win then?

But ggg is better than Barkley could ever be. That's why floods win would be better.

So Durans best win is Iran Barkley?meh i dont like this logic but i understand your point.
Have a good day sir.

Don't over analyse and think too much
Floyd would be underdog so if he wins it would be his best win

Floyd moved a lot allready, beated a lot of HoF fighters better than GGG,and i could agree it would be big but only cuse Floyd is 40years old WW.man if he moved on and beat someone like hagler ok it would be huge, but GGG is just top MW,Jacobs is more proven in MW with Mora nad Qulin wins.So Floyds win over Jacobs would be huge too?

Floyd would be underdog so if he wins it would be his best win. Achieving something people didn't think he could
Is stepping up in weight supposed to be hard to do? Is beaten people with advantages in size and strength hard?
So of course flood beating ggg would be his best win.

What have GGG done in boxing to be so big win for Floyd if GGG would lose to top MWs after Floyd would it be so good of a win idk,Floyd can be in top 10,fight with GGG wouldnt change anything.

Good fighter but I for rate him that highly myself.

Accolades isn't everything. GGG would beat everyone on Floyd's resume, the versions he fought anyway (Canelo). So I'm quite confident in saying it would be his biggest achievement.
Interesting counter argument... I got nothing for it
Odds don't tell you the full story. Someone who is successful as an amateur and looks excellent early in their pro career will have a harder time than others being picked as the underdog in a fight.
Beating GGG would be impressive because he is fundamentally sound, much larger, and a big puncher but not because GGG has earned the kind of accolades several other of Mayweather's opponents earned before fighting him.
I also don't think I agree that GGG is in his prime.
It would be impressive.. a win to put in his top 5 wins for sure.

Who else would Mayweather have beaten who he was a considerable underdog against? Who's so much bigger, stronger, undefeated and in his prime?
Well, brook is not really a welterweight anyway, and if memory serves me right Hagler had a bad fights leading up to the Leonard fight as well.
So it would be quite similar.

Calzaghe obviously being the most laughable choice.
Pryor, Wlad, Vitali, Lennox, Marciano, Johnson, Dempsey all head scratchers also.
Resume's aside, Aaron Pryor was one of the best fighters I ever saw.
Oh my God he could fight.
That's certainly up for debate. Between how GGG looked against a solid welter in Brook and what his resume looks like now, it wouldn't exactly be a Leonard-Hagler esque victory.

No? I think it would be considered his greatest accomplishment all things considered.

In general people that should be ahead of him?
In no particular order
Sugar Ray Robinson
Sugar Ray Leonard
Roberto Duran
Muhammad Ali
Joe Louis
Lennox Lewis
Archie Moore
Rocky Marciano
Pernell Whittaker
Aaron Pryor
Joe Calzaghe
Julio Cesar Chavez
Bernard Hopkins
Roy Jones Jr
Evander Holyfield
Carlos Monzon
Marvin Hagler
Ezzard Charles
Harry Greb
Gene Tunney
Sam Langford
Jack Dempsey
Willie Pep
Henry Armstrong
Jack Johnson
Larry Holmes
Sandy Saddler
Jake LaMotta
Vitali Klitschko
Wladimir Klitschko
Wasn't hard at all to think of 30 people who have had a more impressive career than him this wouldn't be the case If he fought people when he should have fought them but he will tell you it himself he's a business man hence why he will question who he fights and when he fights them instead of asking for the best guy to be put in the same ring as him you can't ignore that fact he monopolized what he was doing far more than any of the guys on that list that and I think his best wins are damaged because of his habits.
Anyone who agrees with bold should be permabanned
Matter of fact almost this whole list made me lol

IF Floyd beat GGG for 50-0, at MW, would he be top 30 ATG? | BoxingScene Community
