Dude, that's because Estrada was drained in 108 pounds but he will destroy Gonzalez in the rematch.
Estrada is very strong in a natural weight, like he showed vs Segura that was kinda Margarito in 112 pounds and Juan made look Giovani like a kid.
Estrada is stronger and taller than Gonzalez. He will kill him in a rematch and the team of Gonzalez know this.
They are ducking Estrada since 2013.
Roman is not ducking Estrada hes been making history becoming a 4 division champ and is known as the p4p best fighter. while Estrada has been out and just living off of the Roman fight that he lost. not saying hes not a good fighter but Roman is not ducking no one he knows everyone wants to see the fight and until he doesn't get paid well for it he wont do it. Estrada needs to fight the likes of cuadras or inoue.
Just look at this Salty Mexicans, in their own little hateful mind Chocolatito has a glass jaw and a punch away from being KTFO…. Your sweat tears make my day :bottle:
Nobody said that, jerk. He has a sensible skin, look the face vs Cuadras he was misshapen. With Estrada the damage will be worst for him.
Estrada is taller and stronger and more in 115 pounds. That's the reason why Gonzalez is ducking him
Estrada fans crying for Chocolatito rematch.
And Roman keeps ducking Estrada and now Naoya. Face it, your man is becoming one of boxing's premier diva *****es.

Estrada fans crying for Chocolatito rematch.
But he has not a good skin..

But he has not a good skin, and Estrada is taller and stronger than Roman.
Estrada has a better chin than Gonzalez and has more stamina.
The first fight was in 108 pounds and it was a very close fight with Juan without power.
In 115 Estrada will be more powerful than in 112. He is the nightmare of Gonzalez.
yup :boxing::boxing::boxing::boxing:
I did not watch the first fight!!! can anyone shed some light on the fight! I am going to youtube the fight tonight! but I did see a couple of people with Gallo Estrada's signs at chocolatito's last fight at the forum.
It was a back and forth action. Estrada able to punch clean and back up Gonzalez and vice versa. It was a close fight with Roman probably winning it closely. Deserved a rematch really.
No, Chocolatito has a good chin. I don't think both fighters have the same power at this weight.

gonzalez has never looked like a chump what are you talking about? He was backing estrada up the whole fight estrada couldnt hurt him and it looked like gonzalez punches had more of an affect on estrada then the other way around.

I am glad HBO put the spotlight on the flyweight division.....last nite when this article came out I went to youtube and saw Estrada's fights, chocolate I have seen on HBO , Cuadras on youtube and Inoue on youtube and this is a very interesting division.....I would like to see Estrada vs Chocolate The Rematch....if anybody can do it it is HBO....of course granted that Chocolate does not price himself out.....I am waiting for the fight game on HBO...maybe they should bring in Dennis Miller as special guest commentator.
chocolatito is hbolds newest hypejob! They turned him into p4p king just because of close fights with estrada and cuadras hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah!
no its because of his skills are you blind or the hate doesnt let you see?
I agree I don't understand why Chocolatito seems reluctant to rematch Estrada. Maybe he wasn't telling the truth when he said Cuadras was his toughest fight. Maybe he felt Estrada's punches more.
And you can see from the weigh in photos, Estrada is naturally much bigger than Gonzalez. Taller, more muscular, longer arms, he's just very lean with no fat because he was at a lower weight. Meaning when he goes up to 115, he will actually get bigger, and better, since it's more his natural weight, while Gonzalez is past his best weight already. So maybe he knows the fight with Estrada at 115 will be even tougher.
But since he is at 115, he should fight who the fans want him to fight.
Inoue is clearly the best fight. Stop overhyping the Cuadras fight. We already saw it and neither could hurt the other.
Estrada is clearly the second best fight. It was much closer than Gonzalez-Cuadras.
Gonzalez-Cuadras II is a distant third. What Gonzalez-Cuadras did that is interesting is NOT create demand for a rematch. Not at all. What it did that was interesting was give a competitive fight that solidifies Cuadras as a good measuring stick for the OTHER guys at 115 to further hype Gonzalez against THOSE guys, if they can beat Cuadras too, NOT against Cuadras again until he proves he can hurt one of those top guys.
So that's what I want to see. Estrada-Cuadras next, not Gonzalez-Cuadras II. If Estrada can dominate Cuadras or knock him out, that makes the Gonzalez rematch with ESTRADA much more interesting. Or if Cuadras can hurt or knock out Estrada, then the rematch with Gonzalez will be much more interesting.
But those should be the fights. Cuadras should fight Estrada or even better Inoue, then if Estrada or Inoue can dominate Cuadras, that makes the winner vs Gonzalez much more interesting. But Gonzalez-Cuadras II without any context of the other guys? Just in their own bubble throwing thousands of punches at either other that never seem to have any effect? I'm not super interested.
Since Cuadras is a big 115 with skills, I actually want to see him against Inoue, to see Inoue's power against a bigger guy.
That's what HBO should do by next February. Make Gonzalez-Estrada II as the main event, with Inoue-Cuadras as the co-main. Then the winners fight next by the end of the year, perhaps with a tuneup or rest in between mid-year to recover from the damage of those hard fights.
That is the only thing that makes sense! HBO now has FOUR name guys all at 115 at the exact same time! All in the same division! When does that ever happen in today's scattered boxing landscape? So the only smart thing to do is immediately make a tournament with the four of them.
You can argue the tournament already started with Gonzalez-Cuadras, and that Estrada-Inoue should just fight and winners fight Gonzalez, but since ideally we want to see the best name, Gonzalez, against both the biggest threats, Estrada and Inoue, this way you start the tournament over, and get an extra big fight out of it.
Get it done HBO!
For real man, who says Inoue is the best? Or even that goodl. The guy has like 10 fights, sure hes a hard puncher but his best win is over a guy that was long overdue for a win and held a belt captive in Argentina. The second Inoue gets put in the ring with talent like Cuadras, Estrada or Gonzalez he gets schooled. The only reason why people are crying for an Inoue fight is because itll make Gonzalez look TREMENDOUS. Cuardras deserves a rematch, Estrada needs to prove himself with a decent win or 2 at 115 and jumps ahead of Inoue. Inoue should go fight Concepcion or something, thats a fight he can win and gain experience from.

Gonzalez won a tough twelve round decision over Estrada back in 2012 at the junior flyweight limit. Estrada says he nearly killed his body to drop down to that weight.

Wow looking like at that picture I do believe him (Estrada). He looks as life-drained as Christian Bale did in the film The Machinist (2004) where he starved and nearly killed himself, to do justice to the character.
Estrada gave Gonzalez hell in Gonzalez's own weight division.
I believe Estrada went down in weight which is quite difficult for small guys.
That fight was very exciting and a rematch would have gotten more interest. It still puzzles me why Chocolatito is not interested. Maybe he knows something we do not know.
I hope Estrada finds success in his comeback in the super flyweight. Cuadras. Roman. Inoue. Estrada. It is an interesting mix.
