I doubt Kell Brook is coming back to 147 at this point so with Spence being #1 it seems some dude Jeff Horn is #3, anyone know of this guy? Would he even take the fight ? Berto is next in line at #4 and seeing as the Cherry picker is fighting Molina apparently it leaves Berto open for a possible title shot vs Spence...
Another logical step up for Spence and for the title... Hope it happens....
Should Kell vacate as expected and the #2 and #3 ranked IBF contenders pass on the fight (which would be crazy) or are unavailable and Berto is #4 (how does the IBF rank him here?) and is available then make the fight ASAP.
Haymon/Floyd need to get Spence back on TV and keep him on as many times as possible.

Terence Crawford is ducking his natural weight limit.
I have a feeling Spence's next 2 fights are gonna be Berto & Porter. Those 3 will all fight each other.
Porter is my boi, but he should avoid Soence like the plague. Only shot he'd have is if he bum rushes Spence and tries to crack his chin early
Spence ends Porter, Porter vs Berto would be fun. I'd be ok with Spence versus either of these guys but I'd prefer Thurman. What's the latest with Garcia he's definitely facing Molina ?
IDK why anyone even mentions Peterson or Berto like these guys are legit. WE should be getting Peterson vs. Porter and Berto vs. Molina on the same card. The winners fight each other and that winner maybe gets a shot at whoever wins the vacant IBF title. Itd be really nice for Haymon and Arum to work something out to get Tim Bradley in there with Spence, Id have Timmy winning by a UD (115-113) in a FOTY type fight.
Brook would of beat both of these bums anyway.
Easy UD's both of them.
Just like he was ahead on all cards in the GGG fight.

It's all about those belts though yo. GGG wants Jacobs for lineage and Flounders to consolidate the titles together.
Give the GGG fan boys a break dude, don't be too hard on them.
How does Berto keep getting thrown into these title discussions, and everyone seems ok with it??
Because we're realistic with out expectations which are exceptionally low since all these promotional and network divisions, of course you know and agree all this.
As boxing fans we've become accustomed to just accepting it as it's the casuals who think it's a great match up and they'll attend these mismatches.
Like stated earlier if Brook was prepared to fight Spence we'd be ok but we have to settle for dudes ditching their belts moving up to avoid challenges. I don't recall Brook having trouble making weight for Porter, Dan and Bizier, it's obviously too difficult now Spence is mandatory though right.
Good opportunity for Spence to fight another experienced guy to Get some good rounds under the belt.. But sadly he won't get enough.. Spence takes him out in 6 rounds..
I'm so tired of Berto to be honest, but this isn't a bad fight for Spence. He needs to stay busy and get as many rounds as he can to gain more experience.
People always bring up how Spence doesn't have defense and his chin is questionable~ Berto for his flaws will answer those questions. If Spence has no defense then it is a firefight which Spence probably wins but Berto is a pretty tough guy so he could outlast Spnce if Spence doesn't have much toughness.
It is not the greatest fight in the world but it is a decent test for Spence against a veteran trial horse who has fought a who slew of dudes. Berto is there to be hit though and Spence has a pretty good offensive arsenal so he should be able to beat Berto up but I think the fight ends up fun because Berto will land some of his as well for as long as it lasts.
damn berto was 8th last month.. with sammy losing, lamont turned down spence, ponamorov turning it down.. i dont mind it.. hed be tougher than jeff horn
Think spence stops him though
It's a good stay busy fight for him. Then he can fight Porter on the undercard of Garcia-Thurman next year. Then face the winner later that year. It's the only plan that could save PBC if the reports about money loss are correct.
Bundu is better than Andre Berto so I hope they can get a better opponent than Berto there is just no way Berto see's 12 rounds with Spence it would be a brutal swollen up eye all over again TKO or perhaps a brutal KO Berto is just tailor made for this guy.
I'd love to see Terence Crawford move away from 140lbs and throw a challenge out to Spence but doubt he'd have the balls to fight somone as good as that he's content picking on smaller guys who are slow plodders.
OH come on, Crawford just beat the recognized #2 guy in his divison who was bigger than him... He's just that much better then the guy that he made him look like sht...
