Canelo-Smith over/under 300k buys this weekend?

Probably under. Oscar's continuous "this is the Canelo era" keeps getting laughed at and ridiculed by numbers. He's not as popular as Oscar likes to say.

No, they're disgusted with boxing. I think I read that the UFC, since last November, has sold 6 PPV that did 1 million or better...goes to show what making the best fights can actually accomplish... I wasn't a UFC fan and I've watched all the ppv since March and my family used to hate UFC and they are more into it now then boxing

250-350k would be my guess...there is no buzz about the fight at all I did a official thread and it's in page 3 I think haha No buzz. GGG just fought and he is getting all the spot light. Can't wait for Ward kovo though!

Tbh anything over 250k is winning! It's a sh it fight and it's in Texas. I'll still watch because it's free and I love to drink and watch boxing

I'm hoping for some major floppage. Real simple, real plain. This fight has absolutely no business being ppv. Now I'm all for canelo pulling the duck move. And I'm all for this Smith guy getting some shine. I'm simply totally against this crap being ppv. Free hbo and the Bushbaby won't complain.

I'm conflicted on this one. In a vacuum I want Smith to win, but because I still have confidence Canelo-Golovkin will happen, I don't want to ruin that As far as buying the ppv, I'll be a game time decision, listed on the injury report as doubtful

When people are partying they're more likely to order a PPV though. Heck I shat all over Canelo vs Khan but my buddy was having a party that night and after a few beers I said f-it, I wanna see Khan knocked silly, and ordered the PPV. Fair enough, I might be the exception. I've honestly never heard anyone I know simply throw a party because of a Mexican holiday, unless there was a fight that night, and there would be no carne asada if no fight was taking place.
