KELL BROOK feels there is a Mike Tyson aura around Gennady Golovkin. But he will not head into the ring tomorrow night at the O2 with the same fear Tyson's early opponents did. Click Here To Read More]
Bulking Up For Golovkin Could be Disastrous for Kell Brook

You would think when you compile their records which collectively add up to 71-0 (57), you’d have the making of the ultimate slugfest between middleweight champ Gennady Golovkin 35-0 (32) and welter weight title holder Kell Brook 36-0 (25). And that very well could be how it turns out. However for Brook to give himself his best chance to win, he would be best served fighting as a boxer-puncher more so than an attacker and seeking the spectacular knockout.
Today everyone looks at Golovkin as if he’s impervious to pain and perhaps unbeatable. But the fact of the matter is, as terrific as GGG has been, he’s been swimming in a shallow pool of upper-tier middleweights. Nobody is giving Brook a chance, but he’s a much better opponent than anyone Golovkin has faced so far…But here’s where the problems show up. Even though he’s a big welterweight, he’s going to get out-muscled by Golovkin. Rather than doing the sensible thing, and opting for a hit-and-run strategy, he’s bulked way, way, up.
He now looks like a body builder-absolutely the dumbest strategy he could have taken. By packing on useless weight, he has taken away all of his natural advantages. He should have come in at 154-156, and moved all night (or for as long as possible). It looks like he’s decided to try to get Golovkin’s respect by standing his ground. If that’s what he does, he’s dead
Frank is a retard and so are you for repeatedly quoting that s**t articleLotierzo predicted Mayweather would easily beat Pacquiao. I he doesn't even like Floyd as a person. Anyway, time will tell!

GGG body shots is why Brook bulked up.....
GGG body shots that are very accurate is what puts fighters down. He has a very good up and down attack. Kell does have defense so will see how he adjust. I like the fact Brook does have a good jab as well. I see GGG boxing and trying to setup Brook with power shots behind the jab. It'll be up to Brook to be mindful pot shot and move. Don't admire your work Brook hit and get out of there while constantly turning GGG. Stay off the ropes. It's a tall order will see if Brook can do it but Brooks skills I don't doubt.
brooks not scared of golovkin in the slightest, and hes 100 percent confident that he will pull this off. Reminds me of the confidence buster douglas had before fighting tyson, could history repeat itself? Tune into the show on saturday night to find out
g string ball gagger working overtime to make this obvious mismatch sound like a competitive fight.
