What the hell happened too...

Some boxers take a KO defeat harder than others. Martin was bragging it up big time and talking the usual sh*t about unifying the heavyweight title and dominating the heavyweights for many years to come. Joshua gave him a fast hard dose of reality and it may have been more than he could handle mentally. i mean if im not mistaken it was a BS title if i remember correctly... It was a vacant title and dude he was fighting hurt his knee in the middle rounds and they had to go to the score cards. I don't want to say he didn't earn that title because i wasnt with him in the gym putting in work but He shouldnt have been talking trash.

What happened to Charles Martin? I know he took that bad loss to Anthony Joshua but he straight disappeared into the night after that fight? Fighters have took worse losses and still were able to somewhat bounce back or atleast still continue to fight. He's still trying to get out of those tight a$$ shorts he wore against joshua

He got shot in the leg I think a few weeks ago. I don't expect him back until next year at least. damn i didnt even hear about that. thats crazy.

He wasn't ready for that level yet. Got thrown into the bigtime too soon. Hopefully he is managed right and rebuilds from the ground up. Otherwise he will end up like all the other journeymen that were rushed into a title shot before they were ready. Most of which were heavyweights.

Wasn't the Martin fight back in the spring? Its just about to turn fall, it hasn't been long enough to start putting up 'Have you seen me?' posters yet. i mean it seems like right after the fight he has went MIA. No interviews, training clips, nothing.
