I know how ya'll like to talk about that. Kell posted this picture from the promo.

Thoughts (I know it's not the best angle)
The abs and obliques tell the story. GGG are ripping out, where as Brooks lower portion is watery and his abs look flat, which means he's going to get even more smaller
GGG is at fighting weight
I think GGG will take it easy on Brook for a couple of rounds, carry him a little.
GGG aint stupid, he can clearly see Brook is small, he knows the deal
The physical size difference is pronounced if you are looking at more than just height and weight. This would be a fight where I would favor GGG even if they were the same size and weight naturally. Now its just a matter of how long Brook can make it competitive.

You guys are fvcking stupid if you can't see the obvious size difference. This looks like a high school kid picking on a middle schooler. Just look at both their shoulders and compare the differences between them. Then look at their legs and bone structures. Brook looks like a kid compared to lil g.
We dont even need pictures to know GGG is the bigger man.
What surprised me is the apparent fitness of these two men especially brook. Almost ripped already?
It's more about the size of the opponents than the size of the fighters.
Brook has never fought a middleweight fighter in his life.
Kel is a WW no matter how hard you spin this.
The low calorie pigeon diet Golovkin is on, will cost him dearly when it's time to step up.
He's not doing himself any good as a fighter or a man, by avoiding all tests and risks.
He's a magician, he's able to make every test look like a stroll in the park, it's his favorite trick.
People here are stupid. As I suspected, the size difference is barely even noticeable, certainly not enough to play a big factor come fight night. As usual, people make too big of a deal about size. The difference in size here is nothing that skills cannot overcome.
This is a test fighting someone with world class skills who believes he can win. you lot all have it hundred percent in your minds that brooks **** at middleweight. Hes big enough to be a middleweight, yes he hasnt fought there before but that doesnt mean hes going to be rubbish. Just think you are all so negative, try and be excited about a fight for once
Agreed
Ggg is -600 betting odds vs brook
Canelo -750 vs smith
Ward -10000 vs brand
Actually the WW is challenging the Middleweight!
It has meaning because NO middleweight wants to fight him, a belt holder "gave away a belt to avoid him"! There is no other way to state the facts.
As to Brook I believe he fought a half dozen bouts at 154+ and did well holding that weight.
Is he a favorite NO but why ***** and moan about a fighter who wants to step up and challenge a dominant champion? The kid is undefeated as a welter and is willing to challenge!
You kids here do more crying and *****ing every move a fighter makes, give some credit and lets see if he can compete against a dominant force.
At 147 he is no doubt stressing out to get down there and at his age now he looks to be a 154-160 division fighter.
When Canelo continuously weighs in at 175 at bell time and refuses to meet GGG give Brook credit. GGG was after Eubanks and that kid disappeared!
Brook took the contract......:boxing:
Stop all the crying and this kid isn't coming in at 154 and GGG at 172 they'll be a few pounds difference.
Ray
Nobody south of 168 can stand up to this guy and he's stooping lower than 160 going to 154 and 147 for opponents. Who the fück wants to see Lara and Brook, we want competitive fights clearly their ain't one for him unless he faces a 168 opponent, OK Ward beats him at 168 I ain't asking for that fight just a step up in opposition as no one left at 160 wants it now he's pretty much cleared the place out.
Golovkin is small for 160 and Brook is big for 147. They could both easily be career 154 lbers.
It's still a dumb fight though. Size isn't the problem.
Brook's career has been a strange one. Hes going directly from prospect-level fights at 147 to fighting the world's best middleweight with really nothing in between. At least fight a top 147 or average 154 first.
Khan had a long rich resume under his belt when he committed suicide against Canelo. Brook vs Golovkin makes no sense at all.
The size difference is already more noticeable than I expected. I didn't think it would look too significant until the final week before the fight.
F*ck it though, let's do this Kell.
A middleweight vs a ww why are people trying to twist this any other way?
This fight is a cherry pick and a charade, nothing more. A few rounds of Golovkin carrying Brook then over at a round of his choosing, Golovkin, Hearn and Brook will no doubt have every penny they own on said round.
Spin away lil spinner....spin on and on.
Why not fight a bigger guy with world class skills???
That is an actually challenge...an achievement..something this 34 y/o 10 year pro so desperately needs.
Brook is no more of a threat than Khan was to Canelo.
You'd be crying if Saunders or Jacobs were fighting a damn Welterweight.
160lb coward bullying a 147lb kid. This is the "Monster" they are trying to sell us.

Spot on.
Love the neglect of brookes pacquiao esque calves compare to golovkins stick insect legs
Brooke isnt here for a pay cheque hes here to expose golovkin and hopefully shut his trainer sanchez up im sick of hearing when able sanchez wipes his butt of feces just because he train golovkin, nobody gives a **** what he says, come back when you have a stable of good fighters like freddie roach, now thats a guy whose opinion i respect
160lb coward bullying a 147lb kid. This is the "Monster" they are trying to sell us.Brook isn't some little kid. He is a full grown world champion in his prime. Nobody bullied Brook into this fight. He asked for it after several top middleweights turned it down. It's easy to call GGG a coward from your computer but he is a great brave champion who fights the best middleweights who will sign the contract to fight. No middleweight would fight him so he said yes to a welterweight champion. Ward is a much bigger betting favorite to beat the poor quality smaller boxer he fights next than GGG is to beat Brook. Why aren't you complaining about that mismatch?

The only thing that gets exposed is the foolishness of Brook's decision to fight GGG. GGG tried to fight Jacobs, Saunders and Eubanks first to no avail.Time was running out on the HBO date so he took a high paying fight in England with the willing Brook. I don't fault him for that but of course his haters will.
