We would be talking about him the exact same amount and in the same way if he was Mexican or Black. He is talked about because of his accomplishments in the ring and not because he is an Oriental from over seas. The boxing Hall of Fame is full of all time great fighters with a percentage of KO wins much lower than Pacquiao's percentage of KO wins. Some have a KO percentage as low as 10%. Many all time greats were KOed numerous times.
