Seen a piece on this subject on one of the boxing websites the other day. They ask a couple of boxers/pundits, although i can't recall who.
2 went with Kovalev, 1 for GGG, 1 for Wilder and 1 for Joshua.
I don't know if Wilder is the hardest puncher, but the is something to be said for bending pins in a hand you have already broken and had surgically repaired.
I second that.. But not necessarily in that order..
Ya I don't really know who his harder out of those three since I haven't fought them but there the top 3
hi can anyone tell me who is the hardest puncher in boxing today??
Well it's a Heavyweight maybe Wilder but P4P probably GGG or Kovalev. I don't know what you mean P4P or who's the hardest puncher cause if thats the case it's someone in the Heavyweight division. Wilder ,Jousha would come to my mind
pulev was almost 2 years ago, and IIRC he actually got up after a lot of big shots.
in wladimir's last fight he literally barely threw punches. even admitted it :lol1:. if fury can pass the drug test yoy're goign to see wladimir go out there and throw even fewer punches, realize he's done, and retire.
He didn't throw punches in his last fight because of Tyson Fury, not because he's suddenly shot. Pulev was only two fights ago.
This has been discussed at length here.
Paulie Malignaggi. It is a well known fact that he used to hold his punches to improve his speed and avoid ring fatalities.

Wladimir doesn't throw hard punches? Really? What about that left hook that he knocked Pulev senseless with?
As for Joshua, he has a better punching technique than Wilder, and is wrecking guys like Johnson who had previously never been KO'd.
The chinny Szpilka was taking Wilder's best punches flush and laughing at him.

wladimir might have punched harder in his prime, but that ship sailed a long time ago. he literally doesn't even try and throw hard punches any more.
and why do you think joshua punches harder?

Wilder's power is overrated. Wlad & AJ both punch harder.
David Price is also up there.
