The 80/20 split is Brook/Hearns split of profits, not Brook/GGG purse split.
Hearn explained how it works in the interview posted on here. All expenditure (including all the fighters purses including GGG but except Brook) is deducted from the income. (Ticket sales, TV rights, PPV, program sales, merchandise etc).
This then leaves the profit, of which Hearn takes 20% and Brook gets 80%.
Hearn does the same for Joshua and did it for Froch, which is why they make big money as high PPV sales and sell out shows at stadiums/arenas means more profit.
Brook isn't getting 4 times more money than GGG. GGG will be getting a guaranteed amount plus a cut of PPV money.

You cannot say he is not getting more money than GGG you or I don't know that as the fight has not taken place. If this is a success beyond everybody wildest dreams he could earn money than GGG.
