A lot of Kell Brook haters are underestimating the Special One Kell Brook but any real boxing fan worth their salt knows that the #1 Welterweight more times than not beats the #1 Middleweight head to head.
Just check these facts:
Leonard beat Hagler
Duran beat Barkley
Robinson beat LaMotta
Cotto beat Martinez
Emith Griffith beat Dick Tiger
I got Kelly Brook walking into the ring with GGG and taking his titles from him by KO in the championship rounds.
meant to say, "bowe got holyfield 2 out of 3." i typed the opposite.
wouldn't be on a list of fights where bigger guys beat smaller guys if holyfield won 2 of 3, would it :cool2:?
Hey, don't blame me for your dyslexic posts! :lol1:
LOL at Getting Sensitive over a Gif :lol1: and who is a GGG Fanboy?
I well thought out reply accompanied by a gif is great, even ComicDon does that. A gif in the absence of an opinion is child's play. It's not how ComicDon conversates GGG fanboy. You're taking us back 1000's of years.
But you said Holyfield got Bowe. Thought you meant he beat him. That said, that series was a classic example of a good bigger man beating a good smaller man, & holds true to the philosophy.

All the names you listed are HOFers and ATG's. lol Name one case where a non HOFer did that? Also most of those guys cleaned out their respective divisions and gradually moved up.
that's what i meant to say, or else it woudn't have made sense to list it with great smaller men losing to great big men.

Uh, no. Holyfield lost 2 of 3 to Bowe: a UD & a TKO. His lone win to Bowe was a MD.

louis beat conn
johnson beat ketchel
marciano beat walcott, charles, and moore
holyfield got bowe 2 out of 3, including a knockout
bob foster was a lethal LHW, but at HW his power was ordinary, and his chin let him down.

I still can't believe Brook is fighting a man who would clean out 168.
This is the man Golovkin should be fighting... a huge, powerful middleweight who looks comparable to Carl Froch.
Brook is going to look like a child in there.

griffith, benvenuiti, and napoles all got knocked out by monzon.
robinson was unstoppable at WW and lost his first fight to, you guessed it, a middleweight named jake. when he'd slowed down some but still had a lot left in the tank he was a MW. far from untouchable, dude won the middleweight title 5 times
duran also lost to lesser fighters at higher weights. benitez and kirkland laing in the same year come to mind. you really think he was a better fighter at WW than he was at LW? and if not, do you want to tell me why, other than the fact that he's fighting guys who are naturally bigger?
and finally, miguel cotto fought a dead guy. prime martinez would turn cotto's face into an absolute mess, and you know it.
LaMotta got the decision but arguably lost and was in much worst shape than Robinson after the fight. And then SRRbeat LaMotta ass 4 times afterwards.
All I'm saying friend is that WW beat MW and Brook is going to beat GGG's ass and add his name to the list of WW champions stepping up to MW and beating the champion.
Kell Brook will beat your hero GGG. Now if you don't have anything to add fanboy be gone.
GGG is a good fighter...with a mismatch lined up..talented but not high on him or his opponent selection at all
he lost ....you hate facts....he lost the first time...deal with it!!!

then micky walker came back and won middleweight title on his second attempt. Welterweights stay winning and ggg will be the next to lose to one. You ggg fanboys are something else.
he lost ....you hate facts....he lost the first time...deal with it!!!
Need more examples....Kid Gavilan lost to Bobo Olson
Harry Greb beat Mickey Walker
the list goes on and on
