Why isn't WBA forcing a purse bid on Jacobs v. Golovkin?

You can't depend on the WBA, WBC, IBF or the WBO to always do what they say they are going to do. They are all full of sh*t and completely undependable.

As far as I know, the Canelo-Golovkin talks haven't yet fallen through Except they announced Canelo vs Liam Smith already. And GBP has gone on record to say they MIGHT fight GGG next fall. Ain't no talks happening right now.
