Haha ur missing out on some action,u should check Cruz out...Marquez is a legend
It's the drama and the will-they-won't-they nonsense that turns me off most of all, which is really only present in the most televised weight classes. Heavy is the same, but I've always been a heavy fan and get look past all the frustration, just about. I admit there are some phenomenal fights in the really low weight classes but they can be extremely hard to follow unless you're a dedicated fan.
S'alright. I have everything I need with the cruiserweights.
Used to be a huge Marquez fan back in the day though.

I dunno. I've never watched Santa Cruz. Basically, every time Joshua throws a single right hand he'll pull his arm back in a big arc over his head. It's amateur as fcuk and will get him in trouble against a good counter puncher.
Know what you mean. some fighters do that
I wouldn't worry about it too much. There's no such thing as a perfect fighter, everyone has a bad habit or two. I think Joshua will be ok, he's made it through the amateurs, Olympics and the pro ranks so far and it hasn't been a detriment. With the state of HW boxing, I doubt many could exploit the fundamental flaw......
Listen Chico, this is a thread for men above the height of 5'6, now go and play with your toys and let the adults talk about the British world heavyweight champions
I'm 5'5 and twice the size u will ever be lil man

Why have you not seen Santa Cruz fight????
He often returns his straight right to cover the right ride of his head, which is a defensive measure against the counter left hook. It's loose and could be tightened up but I think it's better than most heavies who don't protect at all.
It's a bad habit that a lot of boxers do.
Andre Berto used to do it constantly.
I've even noticed Mayweather do it in the past, rarely though.
Joshua seems to do it a lot, I agree.
didn't notice.
is it similar to what Leo Santa Cruz does?
