Assuming Eubank wins on Saturday, then Golovkin-Eubank will take place in the fall, in the UK.
HBO didn't have money to pay for a Golovkin fight that will take place here in the U.S., so Golovkin had to go over to the UK for the Eubank fight.
Fight will be on PPV in the UK. HBO will air it in the afternoon and pay a fraction of the license fee they would have paid for live prime time Golovkin bout.
IF Eubank wins his next fight, and they make the fight, I got Eubank beating GGG by KO.
loooooooooooooooooooool
Nostrahectari, do you think this KO will happen via jab or ....?
Really, please explain. All I see is another B level opponent for g string.
Well, how many options does GGG have within the middleweight landscape?
He beat Lemieux then he has only two A-level opponent options: Jacobs and Billy Joe Saunders.
I've read that the Canelo fight will happen in September 2017 so before fighting either Jacobs or Saunders a fight with Eubank make sense from the economic point of view; a PPV fight in the UK plus the HBO money makes this the only fight that allows GGG to have a good purse.
He decided (GGG) to stay in the 160 division and clean it then move up so I think that this fight is interesting for the fans, specially because of the style of Eubank Jr.
IF Eubank wins his next fight, and they make the fight, I got Eubank beating GGG by KO.
No it's not a done deal. Eubanks talking hit again worse than Kell Brook. The Eubanks have got to the worst shit talkers in UK Boxing right now. I'm with you. It's not a done deal until Boxing Scene top headlines says it's a done deal. They are very reliable but they have yet to declare GGG vs Eubanks a done deal. The Eubanks do indeed do some major sh*t talking.
IF Eubank wins his next fight, and they make the fight, I got Eubank beating GGG by KO.You also picked Rios to KO Pacquiao with a left jab. I'll bet on GGG to win as I have for his last 8 fights. He always wins which means I always win. If you can't beat Saunders you have a very slim chance of beating GGG. Good for Eubanks for taking on GGG when so few other top middleweights are willing to fight him. Others talked tough but when it came to signing the contract they curred out.
Eubank always ignores levels and doesnt progress in traditional manner. When he stepped up to bjs, maybe he should have had a 12 rounder beforehand?
Now he's fighting GGG and really should rematch bjs or fight a weaker champ first
