When Has Mayweather Not Fought the Best Fighter at a Weight Division?

He's a cherrypicking disgrace whose career is littered with bums who happened to hold a belt at the moment like Baldomir and Ortiz, which he used to duck the real threats of the division, like Margo and Pacquiao. A clever con man who doesn't hold a single W over a HOF fighter in his prime yet calls himself TBE. He was good in the lower weights but after beating the corpse of DLH he lost his balls and never fought a real challenge again. Last 10 years of Floyd's career are a joke, fought nothing but tailor made no hopers or big names past their prime, while using all kind of bs shenanigans to give himself more unfair advantage, weight draining them, cheating them on the scales, forcing them to wear pillows, having his own bodyguard referee in the ring, or simply pumping himself full of PEDs with the blessings of corrupt antidoping agencies while making sure his opponents couldnt do the same. To answer the question, only 140. But at 140 Floyd wanted the #1 guy desperately, which was Kosta Tszyu. Once it became apparent that fight wasn't going to happen he fought the next highest ranked guy which at that time was Arturo Gatti.

i didnt list Mosley, did i? im saying Shane didnt fight him in 07 because his boss oscar wanted Floyd. It wasn't 07, it was 06. Fight would have happened before the Oscar fight. He retired before Floyd even got to 140, and losing to Ricky Hatton should make you question whether Tsyzu is as good as you think he is. Floyd moved to 140 fight for the first time when he defeated DeMarcus Corley on 22/5/04. Tszyu retired in 05 after losing to Hatton.
