what is all this BS about it being the best it's been for year's?
i say BS. :bsflag:
Let's take a look at the 'champions'
Wilder: 36-0. not fought a SINGLE live world level opponent. will fight bum's for as long as possible, technically he is the worst world champion i have ever seen.
Tyson Fury: beat up a terrified old man scared to throw any punches in the worst heavyweight fight in it's entire history.
Best win's after klit are D level journeymen in christian hammer and delboy chisora.
AJ: Everyone he has fought has had no intention of fighting back apart from 1 guy, who wobbled and nearly stopped him,.. who was grossly out of shape and had a shoulder injury.
Buy's the world title.
Lucas Browne: glorified bouncer beat's up an old fat injury plagued midget.....then pisses hot.
people can mention xyz of names in the divison all they want, we all know they won't fight each other.
None of those guy's ^ above will fight Ortiz until he's 50 year's old.
You know the division is f*cked when a 24 year old prospect joseph parker has the best win out of all of them ( I refuse to count the klitschko win as a ' fight ' )
What's the best we can hope for? Parker V joshua in over 1 year's time?
Eddie will be busy building up The gayemaker fight and will most likely duck parker.
Im so sick of these fight's not happening, it seem's like boxing is turning into wrestling, we are hearing more and more talk from all these guy's about fighting each other year after year, but have no intention of doing so and taking the lightest possible touch against the weakest possible opponents.
It's not just the Heavyweight division either, I have noticed a trend recently...when the fkck did people use to care So much about PPV numbers, purses and press conferences?
We are being fed total dog schit
:Flush:
We need a boxing savior :crucified
What the fuq you talking about? This is the best the Heavyweight division has been since forever.
What makes it even more amazing friend is that we just left the worst heavyweight division ever with the defeat of WK.
Parker turned out to be schit? he EXCEEDED my expectations you peasants.
I said many times on here i thought takam was too big a step up...
^@techliam exactly. shame both of them bore everyone to tears, they are relying on drama in press conferences to try and convince us all it wont be a total snooze fest again.
i mean what exactly is wlad suddenly going to do differently at 40 years old with a punchdrunk trainer?
throwing some punches could possibly help?
Its exciting, but yeah its pretty dire..
Wilder is a borderline top 5 contender for crying out loud
Joshua won a title from Charles Martin
The only two heavyweights worth watching are Fury and Wlad.
mlac is just butthurt that his annoited savour of the HW division turned out to be sh1t.
Move on, nothing to see here.

Ahh, that explains why Takam was being rated so high :lol1:

AJ didnt buy anything ,hes in his 17th fight thats why he hasnt faced a known battle tested fighter ,its not this difficult to figure out. All those guys you listed will fight each other ,as stated AJ is new to the scene ,Fury has Wlad to deal with, and Wilder is basically the only guy dragging his feet now . So not sure you still understand how the boxing business works of the time frame that matches need to be made. You went on about belittling the belt holders and their opposition ,so basically you went on a pointless rant anyway because it doesnt matter if we get good match ups it amounts to nothing based on your thread agenda, which is everybody is a bum....:bs2:
what a strange post.
Im not sure how i have an ' agenda' i just say it like it is.
If you dont think hearn bought the title, you very naive.
If you think wilder, browne and AJ are technically very skilled then i would say YDSAB.
I dont need to 'belittle' them at all, im simply saying the era we live in you dont need to fight world level opposition to be a world title holder, i fail to see how you could say anything to the contrary.
You keep mentioning how fury has ' wlad to deal with ' like it's the killer fight we're all desperate to see again.
nobody wanted to see that fight again.
nobody wants to see aj fight another fatty who will fall over with the first punch.
people ( real boxing fans) want to see world title holders fight world level opposition.
is that too much too ask? i suppose it is.:thumbsdow
This HW era has just began ,You cant expect fights to happen over nite ,boxing unfortunately doesn't work that way . Joshua hasnt even defended the belt yet and at least we have undefeatted guys taking on each other . Fury is fighting Wlad ,you cant ask more than that and dislike the rematch based on one fight, which is probably close to a record of having two of the biggest guys in the same ring fighting for a title which makes it worth watching to see what may happen . Fury is uneventful for my taste but hes also 6'9 and has skills so it is what it is. Wilder has to step it up he should fight Pulev who i think you are under estimating considering he was to fight Povetkin, but he probably wont go for Pulev. The other side entertaining matches like Briggs vs Haye / Haye vs Whyte Whyte vs Parker are all entertaining fights either which way they go ,as was Parker vs Takam last week.
Lets not forget we have Geoge Arias /Trey Morrison / Hughie Fury / Ricky Hattons HW prospect Nathan Gorman / Adrian Granat another 6'8 talent from Sweden /Bogdan Dinu/ Ruiz JR/ Tom Shwarz /Izu Ughono/ Oscar Rivas .....all these guys will be in the picture around the corner for the second line up give or take about 2/3 years . Lets also not forget the biggest match jn the 90's that never took place Bowe/ Lewis.and lets also not forget there was noAli /Foreman rematch the real fight everyone wanted....at least the top 2 guys are fighting ,after this im pretty sure the other matches including Ortiz vs whoever will follow . Look back on some other eras where guys got to win championships with fighters with 20 losses and you will see this era is actually looking great ,we just need the main fights to be made now, either way we will get the Wlads vs Wilder / Joshua/Fury Fury / Wilder... Wlad / Joshua .......Ortiz ???? it doesnt matter who he fights he himself is over ranked by everyone for what exactly ?
Keep in mind you mentioned Takam as a better win than any current HW's had beat .Over a decade in boxing his best win was an old Frans Botha 2012 . And Thompson 2014 .
You're doing exactly what i mentioned in my post. just mentioning xyz of names when none of them are scheduled to fight.
and please dont mention haye v briggs.
You mention how these 'undefeated guy's fighting each other' like it's a great thing, which is ridiculous, they are undefeated because they refuse to fight anyone. breazeale? gtfoh
Deontay Wilder is world champion WITHOUT FACING ANY WORLD RATED OPPOSITION. :thumbsdow
AJ bought the belt in a pathetic showing from a fat failed nfl player.
browne is a cheater.
Fury is more boring than wlad.
You can spin it any way you like and say ' yeah but all these names doe, so this era is good '
There needs to be a super 6 style tournament then i would stfu.
Fury
Wilder
AJ
Parker
Ortiz
Browne
the chances of that happening? slim to none :frown:
Look, I think in terms of talents and fighters that could be exceptional, the division is better than it has been in years. Do you remember the division in the mid 00s? It was filled with fat, old american has beens and fat, old east european bores. But with AJ, Fury, Wilder and a few others, the division has livened up a bit.
the key is to all these guys fighting each other and an in shape Haye.
It's not the best division in boxing but it's probably the second best the division has been in the 21st century.
Fury is arguably more boring to watch than klitschko, he talk's better than he fights.
Wilder, browne and aj are all technically on par / worse than the mid 2000 era you speak of.
'its better than it's been for years' doesnt mean schit when they are fighting high school teachers (eric molina) failed american football fatties and d level journeymen coming to pick up their checks.
Even the prospects are not fighting each other (hughie fury / Dillian)
At least in the cruiserweight division in the past month, a ton of unbeaten prospects all fought each other (which is looking far better in terms of raw talent/matchups than heavyweight atm)
This is the era when you can be a world champion and not fight world level opposition.
it's ridiculous.
what is all this BS about it being the best it's been for year's?

Then you should get in with one of them, see if you feel the same way in hospital when you wake up.
come on. it was a joke. please name me a worse fight in the history of the heavyweight division.
Yeah, left you speechless. Quite typical of you honestly, you're one the whinier posters on here.. with hidden motives.
The top dogs we have in the heavyweight division today, have a chance to mark themselves as ATG's. AJ is young and hungry, Tyson Fury just beat one of the most dominate heavyweight champions in history... and he might beat him again, this time in a brutal way.
If you don't see it, I feel sorry for you.. bellend :bottle:
you are a weird unfunny little nerdling.
carry on.
I started to reply.. then realised you're trolling/dim. either way :gay:

This thread is garbage.
First off, Wilder is so much than you give him credit for.. Wilder is so good that he made Povetkin resort to illegal drug enhancers a couples weeks before the fight.
Tyson Fury, I don't like him.. but I can't deny the man is fast. He probably won't last long, but he beat Wlad fairly.. let's see him get past Wlad in the rematch!
Anthony Joshua is the real deal, incredible power.. haven't seen that in a long time. Tyson Fury and Wladimir Klitschko have mentioned he's the future.. And I'll take their damn word for it because so far, no one can take a solid hit from him.
Are you forgetting Luis Ortiz? That man is scary, strong, very talented, and experienced as can be. He's old yeah, so what... He still has a couple years and he's already close to challenging the big boys.
The legendary Wladimir Klitschko!! Last time I checked, he had no intentions on retiring if he got past Fury in the rematch. Enough said.
Joseph Parker is overrated, he's alright.. but nothing special.
Point is.. The division is so strong right now. Period. Not a bunch of Wach's and ****ing Pulev's (which are such sad heavyweights, quite embarrassing to say the least)
I started to reply.. then realised you're trolling/dim. either way :gay:
