Why-??-Can We Not get-to-the-bottom Of the IBO IBU WBB NBA WBF WBU PBO IBC Controvers

Wasn't long ago Boxing Governing bodies were limited to TWO (2) ONLY! Carlos Palomino held WBC/147; The Ferocious hitting Pipino Cuevas was his counterpart holding the WBA. Hagler was unified champion at middleweight! Mike Weaver was WBA; & Larry Holmes was WBC (& had turned Mike back for the WBC, previously). Then.....IBF came on the scene. Larry Holmes -ditched- the WBC and accepted the IBF. Everyone looked at it as "politics" & Larry was so dominant that the public sentiment swung in line with the new organization. A third entity was born at that time. Then came the WBO. All died-in-the-wool FANS.. remember what -THEY- went thru. The body gained acceptence before the head (meaning, the "underweights" lead.....while the "prize" division lagged back for quite-a-few years). In 1997 I seen and said to myself....WBO has come up to the equal. I remember the Ibo from when my "close" fellow, Israel (Pito) Cardona held the Lightweight babble of their organization. Everyone knew it represented "plastic" in the bigger picture. Then, the Ibo next somehow contracted Antonio Tarver. Tarver a.t.t. "hot" after the blow-out shocker KO of Roy Jones. . "That" didn't "put them over", but.....the Ibo continued- continued- continued. Wlad. held their "belt" for ten years. I never understood why. Not from Wlad side (he musta....simply put...been only a GODLESS-KNOWNOTHING- Of-A-Fan!! "Curse you Red Barron"!) I never understood it on the Admin side.
