If Garcia fights Brook or Thurman or Porter, he starts out as an underdog and makes at most $1.5-$2 Million dollars for the fight.
If he fights Broner, he is easily the favourite, and would probably makes about $2 Million dollars for the fight.
With a Khan rematch, Garcia gets a 70-30 split of the purse without any contract negotiations needed. Garcia can choose and have everything his way. He will easily makes more then $2.5-3 Million for the Khan rematch, and HBO have expressed interest to televise the fight. Not forgetting the UK TV money that Garcia will get a share of as he is the title holder.
So unless Garcia gets called in for a mega pay day against Mayweather next, I see him fighting Khan in a rematch, in September/October, and before that taking an easy fight for standard PBC offering of $1.5 Million.

Danny Garcia already knocked out Amir Khan; what incentive is there for him to give Amir Khan another fight, especially after he was just flattened in 6 rounds and has been largely underwhelming (look alright in the Alexander fight) since Garcia beat him the first time?
The WBC's medical suspension rules, if I'm clear about them, would have Khan suspended till after July 4th.
Garcia's options are pretty straightforward; vs Andre Berto in July (Barclays/MGM Grand/Staples - PBC/Showtime) or vs Kell Brook in July (O2 Arena in London/Brammal Lane in Sheffield - Sky Box Office/Showtime International, possibly day/night airing); Garcia's take on both fights starts at $2m.
The fact that you want to believe that HBO is willing to pay Garcia nearly $3m for the fight, pay Khan a sizable purse aw well (he's not going to go from $2m-$13 for the Alvarez fight down to $1m for a Garcia rematch), and put all that on HBO is hilarious.
What you say makes sense. I'd like to see the rematch. I think Khan might win if he stays at long range as much as he can. He must pace himself and take as few risks as possible. He needs to just win rounds and don't go to war or he'll suffer another KO loss.
If it's on PBC it'll be the biggest ratings they have had so far
Very easy fight to promote
I think it will be on HBO or Showtime. Whoever puts up the most money! No way does this fight go to network tv
