Just a few hours ago, according to a member of Khurtsidze's entourage on this video
Jerry Lopez: "He'll beat GGG!"
Giorgi Donadze (reply): "In September hopefully we gonna fight him he has been ducking us since 2010 but I don't think he will do it this time thanks for comment"
Khurtsidze vs Douglas round 10 vid:
Know how this thread goes.....the haters say he's ducking the guy then in 4 months after he beats the piss out of the guy the same dudes say he was a nobody and only ever beat Antoine Douglas who was a bum...
GGG has bigger fish to catch...but if they al keep swerving then wtf, bring on the midget...
So you finally realize how it feels to be a fan of Floyd Mayweather. WELCOME!
Ducked him in 2010? Other way around team Khurtsidze. Herman/Golovkin inquired to fight him after Mundine bailed out for the WBA interim title. Khurtsidze went with N'Dam instead and Golovkin was elevated to WBA regular.
If K2 ever plans on doing a homecoming fight in Kazakhstan, this would be the right opponent for it. Golovkin has had some "Astana 2017" logo on his clothes and ring for the past two years. I think its some kind of big international energy thing that the Kazakhstan government has been pushing...Maybe that is the right time. But in the states, he has much bigger fish to fry.
The only issue I saw in the N'dam fight is that Khurt was chasing him and not cutting off the ring, that's about it. N'dam had bigger issues though, as he was ineffectively boxing, pretty much what should be considered running. There was maybe 3 rounds where N'dam landed something good. N'dam was not countering effectively or boxing effectively. This fight was in France where he lives, so he got the hometown decision.
Yeah N'Dam hates constant pressure. When he is under attack for so long he will labor on the ropes. You don't really need to cut off the ring against him, just keep going after him and you will find him. Khurtsidze and Lemieux could find him quite often. Stevens could not as he lays back and waits, his legs are like he is stuck in mud, so N'dan shone against him.
That is what bugs me about the latest Stevens' interview. He is talking about relaxation with JDJ. No he needs to get those legs working instead of trying to play catch and shoot the whole fight. He is short so he needs to go get his opponent when needed.
I love watching Khurtsidze. He truly does model everything he does after Mike Tyson. The stance, attitude everything. Mike Tyson is his hero for sure.

Honestly these Eastern Europeans and Russians must secretly hold African Americans to a higher standard because these dudes beat some mediocre black dude and than think they are ready to take on the world, than the closet racist fans come out thinking their the next grand wizard...
:lol1: I know they are saying he has been ducking to get attention but do they really want this fight? The payday will be good but I doubt it will be anything amazing, especially if you are going to get demolished.
Khurtsidze is 37... who else is gonna pay him 350-500k? But it's another C level fighter for GGG and a midget to boot.
WBO should order khurtsidze-magomedov as a final eliminator and winner gets BJS
it would probably force BJS to cash out against GGG this year seeing as whoever survived that war of an eliminator would be pretty scary in his own right
That would be awesome, i would absolutely LOVE to see mini mike tyson Knock saunders out :lol1:
Unfortunately i could never see past a mago win

Apparently he's the shortest middleweight in the world at the moment at 5' 4", half an inch shorter than Prince Naseem Hamed! But he somehow uses that to his advantage, sort of like Tyson did.
Gotta admire that though. But idk, he's old and short for his class, and he's been fighting for like 15 years. I mean by all means give him the GGG fight, but I think it would be too much to overcome. He's literally against all odds. Age, height, reach, GGG is the fresher fighter, GGG has the better resume/experience, power, GGG is the better boxer. No way he beats GGG with all of those disadvantages.
Lol chill...height doesn't matter, but this guy is like Gonzalez height. He will be dwarfed. He'd have to be the greatest inside fighter on Earth to beat GGG.
