Literal translations of Canelo's fans response...

The next time you respond to a Canelo~~tard~~ fan this can be used to tell how they are feeling. Excuse: "GGG hasn't fought anyone!" Translation: "He needs to fight someone who will make him look vulnerable before he's even considered as an opponent." Excuse: "GGG has to come down to 155." Translation: "GGG MUST be weight drained or else there is no fight." Excuse: "GGG didn't move up to 168 to fight Ward." Translation: "Let's deflect attention from us so that the pressure is on GGG." Excuse: "My body isn't ready" "I'm not a middleweight" Translation: "There's no way in hell you can group me near a division with GGG." Excuse: "He doesn't sell well." Translation: "Let's try to use numbers to convince the public it's not financially viable!" Excuse: "I haven't even thought of the GGG or WBC situation." Translation: "I've been losing sleep over it and my psychiatrist advised me to put it out of my mind." Excuse: "It can take place in 2017." Translation: "Let's delay it as long as we can in hopes GGG gets old over night, loses the belt to someone easier we can fight, or moves up in weight." You add them all up together and its clear as day, him (and his fans) don't want him to fight GGG. It'll lose his "warrior" status and fight all comers look to the public. He's running out of excuses and running out of time. He has to vacate or step up to the plate and fight GGG.

Yeah fight a guy 2 divisions up then go back down Worked out well for rjj and Dawson (1 weight class) I swear Larry the sh it that spills out of your yapper sometimes 168 is one division up man..thats where the fight was discussed

Canelo can weigh in at 155. No problem. Golovkin shouldn't come down nor is there any reason to. This is for the WBC Middleweight Championship. Grow some balls brave Mexican Warrior :bottle: i agree with you, but do you honestly believe that what you are stating is possible for september?? this fight is more important than the titles and if is going to happen next it will be at a CW, it wont be at 160, i will preffer the fight at 160 but thats going to be next year the earliest... do i like it? no.. but is either that or no fight, and i want to see this fight...

GGG, a natural 160 fighter, will have a weight advantage over Canelo who normally fights at 154/55. That's what you don't seem to realize. He hasn't hit 154 in almost 3 years, is bigger than Ggg fight night. Once he won the lineal MW belt he was given a voluntary to grow into his belt, and instead of picking a contender at 160 or even 158 he fights a glass jawed WW at 155. That's bad faith and he needs to be stripped.

155 is bs, but at this point you have to be realistic, do you want the fight or not? If you want to see this in september then it must be at cw, you want it at 160 then it wont be in 2016, it isnt fair but thats the way it is... Canelo can weigh in at 155. No problem. see my edit. Well there is no "obligation", but that isthe same kind of double talk you are higlighting in this thread. GGG offered Ward at 164, but was willing to go full 168 for Froch, chavez jr, and ramirez, other fighters he wasn't "obligated" to fight. The real problem is GGG fans are getting tired of seeing all the crap they threw at Floyd, broner, cotto, canelo, wilder, klits, ward etc. thrown at GGG. For the better part of 6 years all they did was mudsling create retarded theories to minimize achievement. accomplishment or greatness. Now that GGG is getting that same mud thrown on him, NSB wants to suddenly change to a wholesome boxing only site that respects talented fighters and doesn't try and detract from their accomplishments. Willing and doing are totally different. None of those talks Actually took off it was just bs. Can'tNelo is making a WW go up two divisions to fight for (air quotes) MW supremacy. What division is 155? last i checked canelo is the 160 champ. 155 is bs, but at this point you have to be realistic, do you want the fight or not? If you want to see this in september then it must be at cw, you want it at 160 then it wont be in 2016, it isnt fair but thats the way it is...

Boxing is a business their is no reason NOT to drive the demand and public outcry for the fight even more, it can only help the potential $ for everyone involved. If boxing was ran like a real sport then yes of course they should have fought by now but boxing is not ran like a sport it is ran like a business. us as fans should by all means cry for the fight to be made cause we fans of the sport, but to forget boxing is business first is just being naive and if you let yourself be naive and catch feelings over it then your being a female. there is no bigger business in boxing right now than a Canelo-GGG fight. NO MORE EXCUSES!

GGG doesn't hold a belt at 168. Canelo holds a belt at 160. Translation: " GGG probably loses to Ward so there is no need to fight him." You are right, the two of them should be fighting in May. We all know Canelo/ODH want to use their power to make things in their favor as has always been done in history. I don't see why it is such a big deal. In every other situation the guy without the power gets dictated to and fights. If he wins, he gets all the glory and then some. Why can't GGG overcome the same obstacles many greta fighters before him have? Better yet, why do fans want him not to have to face these same obstacles?

Respectable answer. If you haven't noticed there have been a ton of Canelo threads since yesterday. Canelotards are feeling very uncomfortable and self-conscious all of the sudden and are regurgitating and defending the stupid excuses he's come up with to discredit or make it seem like GGG isn't a viable opponent. I don't really place to much emphasis on what these guys say outside of the ring. His team might just be posturing or playing the Pr game. They were saying similar things before they fought Lara. Not saying this fight happens next, but hopefully it does play out that way.
