I'm not making any excuses for them, but what I see is a company that's literally hanging on the shoulders of Canelo. If GGG ruins Canelo, he could set GBP back to the stone age.

Alvarez is more than ready to push Golden Boy to make the Golovkin fight at 155, he's simply insisting on the fight being at 155lbs.
If any company is a one-fighter shop, it's K2 (Canelo Promotions is basically co-promoting Alvarez with Golden Boy at this point, but Oscar still has JoJo Diaz, Murata, Jason Quigley and a couple other solid prospects in their pipeline).
If Golovkin gets molly-whopped (wrecked by Ward, utterly outclassed by Lara, etc), what is there really left under the K2 banner beyond Wladimir?
