He doesnt have enough rds and hasn't fought even competition to display any type of skill. Look at boxing history, its filled with boxers that land a good punch on old fighters than cant win any prime fighters after. Until he fights someone that can take a good punch and dish one back, dudes an up and comer. He isnt on Gonzalez or Estradas level, hell if Villoria didnt take to much in the Gonzalez fight, he beats Inoue too!
If you can't see the talent I can't help you. But at least you're in the minority. Most people see him as an extreme talent. Three more fights and he's ready for anybody. This kid has the foot work, diverse punch arsenal, head movement, controls distance well, power. He shouldn't be underestimated.
That's not luck. That boy has skills.

IDK although it was a great win, I think people look to much into that fight. That Argentinian may have just gotten old overnight, without the luck of landing a good shot, Gonzlaez murks Inoue, Estrada too. I think both beat him by TKO...

Naohype Inoue already said no to Gonzalez. Leave the kid be, he's enjoying his high ranking status on the P4P lists beating mediocre past it fighters and getting praised for it because 'he young doe'.
this man speaks the truth.
i remember when this clown got foty from certain hipsters here. embarrassing. almost as embarrassing as the donaire atg talk.
No matter who wins, this is the kinda fight that the lower weight classes need. This is another level compared to what we're used to in these low weight classes.

absolutely only 8 fights and 2 div. champ toug, was this guy an olimpian when and who ever has beaten him in am.hes polished for his age and i would liketo see himin deep waters against someone who could rough him up a little and see if hes as good at his backfoot like when hes being attacked with someone with desent power a fight with segura wouldbe a good wat 2 cjhek his cin.
Roman Gonzales vs. Naoya Inoue
Who would win?
I cannot wait until this fight is made.
I'd take gonzalez just but I wouldn't be surprised if he got knocked out here.
now thats must see tv ppv worth inoue is still a bit green for this but so far hes looked flawless against the argentinian legend great fight i believe inoue, gonzalez and carlos cuadras share the same promoter that would be epic if those guys could find a way to fight eachother.

It's certainly a fight that I would pay to see. The winner would certainly have a great accomplishment on the resume.
