Manny hasn't had a "true" stoppage since 140lbs Hatton. The Cotto KO was accumulation and it could of very well been a 12rd UD since it stopped when Cotto could of probably lasted to the end at least. Pac has never been a true Welterweight, however a LIGHT Welterweight, AKA 140lbs, yes. I think that's Manny's official premier weight class, however the money wasn't there after Hatton. He could do Garcia though at 140lbs and it would be fun.
