**Fight Night Memories** Who was your go-to fighter?

Does anyone remember Edwin Valero being in 4? I was just looking at the roster reminiscing about all the different guys I played as and saw his name and don’t remember him in any game. I don't remember seeing him.

Doesn't make much sense, unless they're hoping to get crossover fans....which I don't see this doing lol I think it's the proof we need that Fury has transcended boxing and is a god even to MMA heads. Next is Fury on Time magazine like Pacmonster, FOTD, Champion emeritus like Floyd, a lookalike character in Street Fighter like Mike Tyson....the works. :dance:

I just watched that UFC4 game preview and saw AJ and Fury lol. Kind of surprised they would be added as unlockable fighters in a UFC game lol. Doesn't make much sense, unless they're hoping to get crossover fans....which I don't see this doing lol

Always create my own character and make him look like crap. Short and fat as I can. Make him balding and pale. It adds to the victory. In those games in career mode you always come against a foe early on who literally doesn't stop throwing punches, and completely empties his stamina bar. I fought a chap called Waldo Sanchez about 5 times going up.....would punch his chin off every time. I would have given him a title shot if I was allowed once I go there, lol. I would be interested in a new game if they allowed voluntary defences. I would have dug up Waldo Sanchez from his retirment home for terrible digital boxers and wrecked him again multiple times. Cunt deserved it he gave the digital fans what they wanted. Kamikaze, haphazard aggression which ended in him being put face down. :rofl: :rofl: I also love how you go on to basically say you would cherry pick a journeyman you beat early on for a title defense. Just gold. :lol1:

The only fighting game I played for a bit was Def Jam. Bunch of rappers beating the shit out of each other with pipes and shit. Always picked Joe Budden cause he was listed as a "boxer". That game was awesome. :lol1:

Top 100 really? What weight class was your created fighter? :) HW. He was fat with blonde hair and dark skin lol I dunno why I made him look like that. There was another fighter I made looking who looked just like me with the help of the ps camera, that was a middleweight from what I remember. One of them was from FN3 though, can't remember which one.

Ali was my go. I haven't played that game in years though so the character lineup has probably evolved quite a bit....I just remember them giving Ali all kinds of love. Yup, long arms, and power lol. They haven't come out with any new ones since Champion, but they always have popular historic fighters in each edition mixed with some new ones.

My created fighter. I liked playing exhibition mode and multiplayer but I barely used the in game fighters because they just didn't feel like they should. If there's a new fight night game, they need to really put emphasis on unique styles. but still loved this game, especially fn4. At one stage, on the online mode, I was ranked in the top 100. time to do it all over again. Top 100 really? What weight class was your created fighter? :)

Havent played fight night in a long ass time. I used to play with SRL, Lara, Whitakker and roy jones. Slick fighters lol.
