Hey he did fight Margarito who was huge at 154 on fight night right? How big of a win would it be for the Pac Man? Would it be his best win? Would it mean more than a win vs mayweather? difficulty wise yes... recognition wise no. lets just put it this way if Floyd and Paquio were to fight again the odds would be in favor of floyd but not by much if Paquio was to fight GGG he would be the biggest underdog that he has ever been in his career.

Trying to compare Golovkin and Mayweather you aren't giving Mayweather his due. He would not be fighting shrunk down in the pound-for-pound sense Golovkin, but the real one. Without question it would be the win of his career. He'd be a huge underdog, and be completely physically outmatched. It would also be an insane risk and he should never take it.
