Kell Brook would KO this bum in 1 round. Looool no. I would be interested to see this fight but I would still fancy Cotto

Cotto should fight someone with a huge name, not a nobody like Brook. 1/20 boxing fans knows Brook & Cotto is better off fighting a Marquez for a bi pay day. If I was cotto, I wouldn't let someone like Brook piggy back off my name, I'd beat someone, get my contract from Roc Nation & go sit on y Yacht in PR. Cotto is used up and will win few fights from here on out. Brook is a big name in England and would draw a big crowd, big moolah. Diva Cotto is only in it for the money now anyway. So why not Brook?

Cotto ain't fighting him, especially not in the UK.. Manny/bradley winner will be matched vs vargas... I doubt kell Brook lands a meaningful fight in the next 12 months.. Odds are his biggest name will be someone like rios, algieri, Alvarado, etc On top of being too cheap to come up with enough money to lure Cotto to the UK. Cotto is going to price himself out, he's not in need of minimum wages, I see that coming.

This is not going to happen, though it would be a great fight for Brook who desperately needs to stay relevant.

Hearn says that Cotto and his team are probably trying to look at someone easier for the June fight. Uh, dude, why would they come to you if they are looking elsewhere? Would love to see this fight at 147, if not fuggit, not interested. Brook vs Cotto is a good match on paper but these top 10-15 welters really need to start mixing it up with each other instead of fighting fringe contenders, shot fighters or guys north or south of 147. Brook vs Garcia in a unification interests me way more than Brook vs Cotto.

Wow Brook and Cotto at 154 would be incredible. Does Brook have the bottle for such a challenge? His next fight needs to be huge the time is now.

Well, there's a logic to GGG-Brook fight. And the logic goes like this. After Khan gets KOd by Canelo, Brook needs to get himself KOd as well. Then he can still have his fight with Khan at Wembley. They both got KOd by bigger opponents, still unclear which of them is better. Comedy in the making, LOL! Shades of Bellew Vs Cleverly II! . . . . . . . . . . . So HBO have approached Hearn about this fight but he doesn't think that Cotto and his team actually want any part of it? . . . That's what he's going with? Name drop a big name bout in the first sentence, drop a ready made "it's not our fault why this fight didn't get made" dismissal in the second. I'm usually quite tolerant of Fast Eddie's bullsh*t but this one just grates.

Cotto would absolutely school Kell, no doubt in my mind. Too seasoned, too skillful, even at his age. Kell has not been in with anyone like Cotto... not even close.

Biggest question is will this No no Dan destroyer takes Cotto? Khan took the winner of the Canelo/Cotto fight. This No no Dan destroyer is being offered the loser of that fight. Will Brook step up and say yes? I doubt it.

Brook don't fight anybody at 147 since Porter I doubt he would fight GGG at any weight. If Cotto goes down to 147 he will get stopped by any top WW
