I think people are quick to say Ortiz quit but honestly, that was a brutal uppercut. He never recovered after that. It's quite possible that he had no clue where he was when the ref was asking him if he wanted to continue. He saw stars.

Funny that Ortiz quit again. Dude just has no heart in the face of adversity. As soon as he hit the floor he was done. Was a heavy knockdown to be fair, I was suprised he got up in the first place. Berto's only ever impressive punch was that uppercut. And that was a beauty.

It was the slowest of the fights and with the least activity, but there were still some savage shots leading up to the KO, and the KO made up for the rounds they weren't doing much imo. the fight ended in decision lol

This will likely be Berto's last good night. A vintage uppercut to get some redemption for his first loss. Good for him.

Haven't posted in this thread yet since fight night but what a card!!!! The two obvious highlights for me: 1. Another Oscar worthy performance from Ortiz in his lead role as a QUITTER. 2.
