It was a medical test for Morales. The commission supposedly lost the blood sample Pacquiao gave them about a month before and needed another sample 2 days from the fight when Pacquiao was drained making weight. And he has been doing advanced drug testing since his comeback after Marquez IV starting with Rios. yea because he had no choice but to negotiate for the mayweather fight...he was not gonna do drug testing until he absolutely had to.....no better motivation than $$ and the IRS
