Fonfara is a better but Barrerea is a good test for Ward's introduction to 175lbs. Depending on the out come of Fonrara vs Stevenson II, I wouldn't mind seeing Ward in against him before facing Kovalev.
i don't know it seems like a pretty great weapon to me. yes he floyd'd his way through his career but he still is devastating and would have a chance to beat kovalev. hopefully haymon goes under so we can finally see the fight instead of his mismatches. ward just needs to go away. whether you like stevenson or not he still isn't a boring cheat in the ring so that's nice.
You got a point there. Stevenson is the better attraction, and the type of fighter people want to watch. I prefer him vs Kova any day of the week. But I'd love to see Kova end Ward's streak and show his fanboys cheaters don't always win.
I'm not really sure but than again Stevenson isn't as good as he was 3 years ago , he still has only one weapon, and wasn't that great to begin with.
I'm not a fan of Ward blantant lies against GGG but I'm even less of a fan of Stevenson for running to Showtime and Uncle Al to duck Kova.

he is? maybe the ward from 4-6 years ago but is ward even good anymore?

Hard to say. Fonfara isn't anything extraordinary but he's solid and big for the weigh. Barrera hasn't had the chance to prove himself. Him losing to Ward won't prove he's inferior seeing that Ward is better than Stevenson by a country mile.
Resume wise there's not match threre for either fighter. But I think it'll be fair to say Cleverly is better than anyone Barrera has fought.
If I have to chose I'll say Fonrara but I might be proven wrong on the 26th.

I don't know but I just see Barrera as kind of stiff. Not that Fonfara isn't but I'm not sold on Barrera yet. Strong, fairly explosive but something is off with him. I've liked some of his fights I've seen but I'm going with Fonfara's resume for now. That's not to say I'd pick Barrera to lose against Fonfara in a fight because I think it'd be a pick em type fight but I'm gonna respect Fonfara's resume in this case.
Barrera hasn't had a chance to prove himself yet but I get the impression they're around equal. I'd definitely pick Barerra in a fight as Fonfara is easy to hit, and Barrera is powerful and bold. But, against other opposition they're probably close to equal with the edge going to Barrera.
