Boxing needs a Connor McGregor!

Whats funny is McGregor would rule boxing as well because lets face it, our sport is plagued by cowards. 90% of boxers are scared cowards.

Yeah except this guy fights them in their primes not 5 years after haha.. Yeah yeah sure, in their prime. Lol Floyd fought top 3 guys, top 10 P4P guys his whole career, starting his early 20s. Fought bigger men too.

This guy a feather weight who had a scheduled showdown with Brazilian's Rafael Dos Anjos at LW until Dos Anjos pulled out with a bruised foot. In comes Nate Diaz who is a WW and Connor who is the A-side steps up to the plate and is facing Diaz 25lbs north of where he usually fights at. "Who cares about weight? They all, they sign and they pull. It's happened time and time again in my weight class. I don't care about weight. It makes no difference to me. Wherever it's at, give me an opponent, and a date, and that's it." Dangerous move but I respect his confidence and ballz! None of that prima donna crap like what's going on in boxing right now. Its MMA its very different than boxing and the elite are not as good as the elite boxers . On a couple of weeks notice Diaz will only be 70% fitness if that , pretty much like Mendes , if your not 100% in shape weight is your handicap after a round or 2 .

He deserves as much credit for that as Adrien Broner deserves for moving up to fight Paulie Malignaggi.

Floyd's resume is full of future hall of famers. In the end, Floyd's resume will be one of the best in the sport, McGregor will get his 15 minutes and go away. Like Ronda Rousey.

Conor's resume is better than Floyds?!! :popcorn: Pass that shlt!! no it's not better but he just started fighting at the top level. also he's in a sport that is much tougher to dominate due to the many different styles and many less divisions so talent is more concentrated. floyd built up a good resume over the course of 20 years but after castillo he shyed away from challenges and picked his spots carefully. he was never the line um up and i'll take um out kind of guy. he was the this guy hasn't proven himself yet, why should i fight this guy, he's not ppv worthy, type of guy. if conor was floyd he would refuse a career high payday against dos anjos and fight a guy like nick diaz for much less floyd-margarito style.
