The TUE was granted 21 days later after the fight .
Which means at the time of the fight, the IV infusion was illegal because the TUE was not even applied for.
The granted TUE was for the IV infusion at the time of the fight not after it because the TUE no longer serves its purpose since the fight was done and over with.
Just ask Jhonny who's a real Mexican pimp, the Marquez! who stayed at 130 to fight Casamayor, Diaz, and Katsidis. then he meets Pac at 147 and says, ''wtf r u doing here!? cause seriously you'z gonna get knocked out...I won't let filipino chorizo scrambled with PEDs play this time around...enough is enough, and po tang enamo!''
LMAO. Jhonny is a pure Aztec warrior. Marquez is his idol, Estrada too! Jhonny at tracks then, I trap and devour them.
Captain pound a lot. Plan to do it next month in Makati. Love pounding. That is what I do.
marunong kang mag basa ng tagalog?
lol.
My taglolog isn't that great bruh! Working on it so I can understand my lil daughter Chloe!! But anything with Spanish, I get it.
I am tight with Rath, Spoon23, ADPO3, and Tagalong!
I can relate to a lot of what they say.
Additionally, I support PAC in his free speech stance.

Just imagine Floyd paid USADA 150,000 dollars for this test.
it could have paid both VADA and USADA for that kind of money but Floyd don't wan anything to do with VADA
It's the Olympic style "RANDOM" drug testing yo!
If I ran that company I would have made Floyd pay more for the free pass.
2 million. Donated to zaroku's save a whore foundation
Quit talking to yourself Zaroku.

You are projecting. Just because Froid fans are so ****ed in the head that they feel they need to defend him on everything including but not limited to PED use, and woman beating, does not mean the Pacquiao fans feel the same way.
I voted Floyd cheated, the 3 week late TUE is bull crap.
I watched the fight again, scoring each round and had Floyd winning a much closer fight than I originally thought.
I think Bayless needed to deduct 1 point min from Floyd.
Rath you need to battle for PAC. His anti gay comments need warriors fighting for Manny.

Yep discovery is a *****, especially when you are on the take. But they weren't irresponsible they were very responsible. Their responsibility to their employers was to look the other way so promoters didn't take a huge loss because of failed tests.
Boxing isn't like a team sport or even MMA. Boxing can never have real drug testing. If a fighter in the main event tests positive that it, everyone loses. It doesn't matter in a team sport if one star player tests positive and has to serve a suspension. The fans will still go to the game. But if a main event fighter tests positive good god its a nightmare for the promoter. USADA's job in boxing is to give it an air of legitimacy while being as corrupt as they come. Remember VADA wasn't fired because they failed to catch cheaters. They were fired because they caught cheaters.

that response from usada was nonsense and never addressed hauser's points directly. hauser responded back and usada kept silent. and they wont sue hauser for fear of handing over documents that'll reveal how irresponsible they handled the testing.

Rath claimed over and over for 40 pages that USADA never addressed Hauser's errors.

Suddenly he's gone silent.
that response from usada was nonsense and never addressed hauser's points directly. hauser responded back and usada kept silent. and they wont sue hauser for fear of handing over documents that'll reveal how irresponsible they handled the testing.
there was a second article hauser made after that and USADA gone silent.
USADA knew their first response was shallow. It read like a reply to a complaint. When someone files civil suit and you are hit with the complaint you have to respond to every single allegation made or the court takes them as fact. Such replies are often shallow and fall apart on scrutiny.
After Hauser responded USADA decided it was best not to get into an argument that they wouldn't win. They know what they did. They know that they took money from boxing promoters to look to other way. They know that they have internal leaks. If they kept fighting Hauser more leaks would come out and eventually they would wind up thrown out of WADA or worse yet some of their executives in jail.
What actually happened is very simple IMHO. USADA goes to Froids house for a random test. Froid had been tipped off ahead of time by higher ups in USADA but for some reason this time the collector catches Froid with IV marks. The collector is just an employee. He doesn't get big fat bonus checks from all the TMT money like USADA executives get. He informs USADA about what he found. USADA does nothing because their executives are on the take. Rumors circulate between USADA employees and the executives begin to fear another leak like happened with their coverup of Morales' failed tests. So almost three weeks after they have Froid apply for a retroactive TUE. They make up a story about Froid being dehydrated and I can assure you that the actual collector that saw the IV marks now has a big fat check along with an NDA.
gotta love rath . . . king of moving the goal posts.
when floyd & manny both come out of retirement in 2017 and floyd beats manny again (with no top rank involvement), how is rath going to handle it?
the thread question still stands
which goal post did i moved?
i told you that article was in reply for Hauser's firs article.
there was a second article hauser made after that and USADA gone silent.
by the way the link that you provide now does not work anymore after i made a thread about random hahahahahaha
maybe USADA is a genius floyd fan after all.
Yet you still can't cite the ****ing rule that says so. All you can do is repeat the lie that you are a promoter and your lawyers have told you blah blah blah. Shut the **** up! Cite the actual rule.
You will notice that we going on a year removed and NSAC still has not added IV re-hydration to the approved list. Why? Well because it is still a major issue in more sports than boxing. UFC has come down hard on IV re-hydration. If the NSAC added it to the allowed list then would be undercutting the UFC. So we are stuck in this contradictory universe where the NSAC "says" that Mayweather didn't break the rules but still haven't clarified that in the rules because the UFC doesn't want it legal.
he sticks to his lies like a flea sticks to a dog.
hhe has been doing that since the time we start our debate.
i am not as good as you in articulating what i really meant so it took a lot of going around the bush pages.

in the rematch if it was fought in the philippins and all philpinos judges and a philpinos ref and a philpinos compubox counter,
together with philpinos drug testing agency and random type (not the floyd and genius floyd fans kind of random)
and Floyd wins, then i will give you 2 million dollars incold cash.
if not you can expect me to do this post and threads for more years to come.
IV is allowed in Nevada. Confirmed by Nevada.
