The early rounds where close. And although Peterson didn't do much But use defense but you can't Danny 10-9 rounds for walking forward and missing. The first two or three rounds where clear 10-10 rounds and should have been scored as such.
Now I had Danny winning the 4th thought thru the 8th but after that it was all Peterson.
There were rounds late in the round I thought Peterson was going to stop Danny. Those rounds were clear, dominate, and any judge worth his weight would have scored two of those rounds 10-8 in Peterson's favor, especially the 12th.
The Peterson vs Garcia fight is a perfect example of judges not using their resources and scoring even rounds and not given fighters extra points unless there's a knockdown.
How silly is it to give Danny 10-9 for round 1 and give Peterson the same in round 12 when the way the rounds were won were polar opposite.
In the end Peterson did the better work and more damage. You can say Peterson gave the fight away but you can't say Danny won it.
TS is a moron, look at his retarded opening post he said to give 10-10 on the score card for the first three rounds and contradict it by giving Peterson 10-8 in round 11 & 12, he said he give peterson 10-8 in round 11 &12 because of peterson more dominance compare to 10-9 rounds danny's have in the first three rounds.
but aren't he Give both fighters 10-10 for the first 3 rounds???!! he's destroying his own logic :lol1:
So this is TS score card : peterson-garcia
round 1 10-10 darw because both fighter didn't do sh1t
round 2 10-10 draw
round 3 10-10 draw
round 4 9-10 garcia
round 5 9-10 garcia
round 6 9-10 garcia
round 7 9-10 garcia
round 8 9-10 garcia
round 9 10-9 peterson
round 10 10-9 peterson
round 11 10-8 peterson
round 12 10-8 petersson
Winner peterson 115-114, but he gave peterson 10-8 rounds because he's more dominance than danny's 10-9 three first rounds, but he didn't gave danny 10-9 in the first three rounds.
10-Point Must System in professional bouts. This system assigns ten points to the winner of each round. The loser receives nine points for a close round, eight points if he was knocked down or dominated, and seven points if he was knocked down twice and so on. If a round is even and neither boxer was knocked down, both boxers receive 10 points. If each boxer was knocked down once, the knockdowns are disregarded and the winner of the round receives 10 points, while the loser receives nine points.
here the video of the 12th round of that fight
Do you think Peterson dominated danny in the 12?? :lol1:, danny land almost the same amount punches as peterson in the 12 round though peterson land the harder more significant punches. That is not a 10-8 round it was just regular 10-9 round.
10-8 round is the 9th round of pac-morales 2 before pac knock him out
I think you critical thinking is failing you.
First I'm saying 10-10 and 10-8 should be used more often to reflect the true nature of the fight. Even rounds should be scored as such and one sided rounds should be scored as such.
Second im talking about the reality of the fight were judges gave Garcia 10-9 for round one and gave Peterson 10-9 for the 12th. Not fair considered the way the rounds were won. Either scored close rounds 10-10 or score dominate rounds 10-8 or so both. But never should even rounds and a dominate round be scored the same.
Third you don't seem to grasp the concept of 10 point must system. It's just require you to have 10 points for one fighter but it's perfectly fine to score 10-10. A judge could score every round 10-10 if he wanted too.
Also landing the same amount and being effective isn't the same. Peterson hurt Garcia pretty badly.
I know a lot of people are use to the stupid way judges score fights, and yes this makes the math a little more difficult but none of that matters. Scores should reflect the true nature of the fight.
One of the best scoring decisions I've seen in years is the judge who scored a round even in favor of Lee because he saw there was no knockdown and Quillin didn't deserve an extra point.
We need more judges like that using critical thinking and not filling in blanks 10-9.

Lamont has tested positive for steroids so I docked 2 points for that and I don't like him so I docked another point.
I had Danny winning 120-84
LOL:rofl::rofl::lol1:
their scores dont count.. i mean real judges
Why would you even respond to THIS guy? He clearly is a clueless fool...You can't have a debate with someone who doesn't understand how one works.
their scores dont count.. i mean real judges
There was the one judge who scored one of the Lee vs Quillin rounds even to avoid deducting two points from Lee for a slip.
It was recent. I believe Farhood scored one of the Wilder vs Szplika rounds even. I watched some old HBO fights and Larry Merchant scored even rounds quite often as well.
Even rounds are not scored enough! I absolutely despise Kellerman's BS about who you would rather be.... Green K sent

Boxing is scored by the round so even though Peterson's rounds were more dominant he gets the same number of points as Garcia's close rounds. There is no reward for dominating a single round if you don't score a knockdown. When you look at it on a round by round basis 7-5 Garcia is not out of the range of reasonable scores.
I understand that. But rounds can be scored 10-10 and 10-8. So you can get a extra point for just beating the **** out of your opponent. It's actually rule that judges tend to ignore.
Like I said earlier in my post, to give Garcia 10-9 for round 1 but to only give Peterson 10-9 for 12 doesn't reflect the true nature of the fight.
I thought round 4 was one of the clearest of the first six rounds that Peterson won.
Yeah, it's ridiculous to say Peterson gave away ALL of the early rounds. There were definitely some early rounds that can be scored his way.

whens the last time a judge scored a round 10-10?
It was recent. I believe Farhood scored one of the Wilder vs Szplika rounds even. I watched some old HBO fights and Larry Merchant scored even rounds quite often as well.
I would but that troll put me on ignore after he responded to me and I owned his ass.
But still this needs to be said. Judges need use they're resources more. Honestly this topics has been bothering me for a while.
Oh, okay. No problem, then.

I believe TS is doing this to negate Omowale tribe. I can understand why, Omowale beginning to sound like Bori Bori...
