1. He has no charisma.
His dad does more talking than Danny does. You see it at the pressers, interviews and media. His dad's motor mouth creates a lot of smack talk which the media wants. Danny needs to cool it with the "at the end of the day...." line.

He's 50/50 USA/PR.
- Holyfield, Ali, Leonard 100% American

- Trinidad, Cotto, JuanMa, 100% Puerto Rican
- Hatton, Froch, Haye 100% English

he may never be a super star but hes got the best resume of any undefeated fighter, is not great at anything but good enough to find ways to win, hes getting paid really good per fight, hes 27 and has taken on some great competition, something others haven't done that are in their 30's... people bring up salka like that's all he fights, and as if none of the greats took easy fights at times. I see danny losing as he fights more at 147 but hes accomplished alot
Fortunately for him none of those things matter in the ring.
Yep. Some of these fans are "suspect." They want Danny to make them feel tingly inside with his "charisma."
Phag politics 101.
"Charm me Danny... I wanna smile at my TV and man-crush on your ass..." ~ Suspect.
He'd beat Manny if they fought right now at 140-147.
And for the TS to say he has no charisma? I mean really? He raps and has a smoking dime piece so I'm pretty sure he has charisma. He's average as far as looks go but that's not entirely a determining factor. I mean look at Pacquiao.
Danny Garcia isn't ugly he just has a goofy haircut that he shares with his father he should grow his hair out again do something unique, and I think Pacquiao might be considered goodlooking for Philippine standard? But in America Filipinos and Asians in general are on the bottom of the totem pole when it comes to males, they did a poll where these dating sites asked who were they most attracted to and who the least, Asians and east Indian males were on the bottom, and White males were on the top, with males the males put white and Asian females neck and neck on top and black females on the bottom as least desirable.

His father has more charisma ,other than trash talking danny garcia has no selling point danny needs a very good marketing.
different weight class. and you an ass licker so we know you just say dumb **** to support whoever it is yousupport.
He just fought Guerrero at WW dumbo. And technically he fought Peterson there too since it was a CW.
WBC says Khan is his mando, so are you going to make excuses when Garcia rips through that ass again at WW? Stop crying, makes you look real soft. AZ don't want none of that.
He's probably not good enough to be a superstar. Obviously he is good, but is he anywhere near as good as Floyd and Manny? Clearly not.

#4. he gonna be defeated soon. Soon as he gets matched evenly he will start losing.
"As soon as he gets matched evenly."
(Has wins over Khan, Matthysse, Peterson and Guerrero.)

True answer is he seems to struggle with the 147 pound fighters. Many made the case he lost to Herrera, Peterson someone even posted a picture of him with a bruised up face stating the winner and a Picture of Peterson without a mark saying the loser and if he was going to be an elite Welter Weight he should have stopped the Fluff up Featherweight Robert Guerrero who some think won the fight. Hell Fighthype ask Floyd who won the fight he said he scored it a draw and I know most here who had Garcia winning can't argue with Floyd on boxing
Its just hard to become a star in boxing in the USA in This day in age period. Floyd and manny are the last, boxing doesnt get much press and the promoters dont know how to market it to the younger generation the way ufc does.
I dont see garcia, porter, thurman being stars. You need a larger than life figure.
The only star in boxing right now is Canelo, but majority of his fans are mexicans, or mexican americans, if he spoke English he would easily be the last crossover boxing star.
Deontay wilder is the only american boxer with a chance at stardom, he has a personality, he is un beaten, has power, is heavyweight champion, the fight and rival to push him over is tyson fury, but the uk is not going to share him. Tyson will make more money domestically at this time. Wilder and fury are the new mayweather and pacquiao if they can build and hype up the rivalry, only thing different is both guys talk trash, which makes it a lot easier to get casuals hyped, if they remain unbeaten and fury fights in america like pacquiao did these two could be stars international ones in boxing

GTFOH!!!
Even though he has good power he chooses to fight defensively at times. I thought he could have stopped Guerrero if he would be more aggressive and thorw 3 and 4 punch combos to body and head.
IMO danny's biggest problem is he fights to the level of his opposition. I had picked him to KO Ghost, which he did not. Should he fight the winner of Thurman/Porter, I expect him to perform at a high level.
not every great fighter becomes a cross over star, which is ok.
What about ODH 50/50 Mexican American, just sayin.
Danny has everything you need to be a great fighter but I do not think he will cross over either. He may end up being like Hagler, which wouldn't be bad IMO.

i think the main thing is that he will probably lose as often as he wins when he's matched with genuine top opponents at welterweight
he's definitely not ugly, although i do find it a little weird when white guys have black guy haircuts...
i agree that his boxing style is unaesthetic, if that's what you were referring to
