How can the number 2 and 6 ranked fighters fight for a vacant title ?

It won't matter who holds these titles in one year. Errol Spence will destroy all of them and he's sitting pretty good at #2 IBF, #10 WBA, #9 WBC, and #13 WBO.

So if Danny has to fight the no1 next anyway why give him the belt for this Fight ? Why not just keep it vacant and award it to the winner of Garcia v Khan ? It just cheapens it giving out to any half decent fight. Cause khan is khan and only likes fighting once a year apparently

Next issue is Garcia already beat Khan, and by TKO in just a few rounds, although in a lower division.

#1 is the immediate mandatory. #3 is fighting for the WBA title. #4 is coming off a loss. #5 should be coming off a loss. Each of the top 7 are with Haymon so it's no big deal really.
